Twice ive booked an appointment here on my GP app. 1st time we can't give antibiotics.. today we can't see you for a ear infection because your over 18! Absolutely ridiculous and id travelled from Bolton for this appointment.
Absolute shambles, been trying to call for 3 days! Intentionally not answering calls to force you to make the long commute there, get there and they dont have the prescription! Will avoid using leigh again, which is probably what they want you to do!
Tim Went above and beyond to help my daughter, saw her multiple times to help her feel comfortable to have her vaccinations, and reassured me. Tim gave us all the information e need to feel safe when travelling. Thankyou for all your help
The place where time stands still. Luckily for physics, Einstein never visited here otherwise the theory of relatively wouldn't exist. Glaciers move faster than their staff. Wait 5-10 minutes to speak to a member of staff, be informed you have a half an hour Wait. 50 minutes later, be grateful they've finally served you. Get home open the prescription bag to find out they've given you the wrong items without checking the prescription with you at the desk. Wow!
Customer facing, the staff are lovely. Sometimes a wait but that's to be expected. However, to try and speak to them on the phone is ridiculous. My partner has just been, picked up my medication less than 10 mins ago, it's quiet, yet I'm trying to call them on the phone and no one is bothering to answer. They let him leave without paying when I DO pay for medication, so I'm trying to get hold of them to see what I need to take in so I can pay, so I don't get fined because they didn't bother looking on their system.
Been trying to ring the chemist for over an hour on two different numbers to order my ketomine no one is answering its a joke with the number of staff behind the counter surely someone can take 2 minutes out of their time to answer
I want to say a huge thank you to the Pharmasist and 2 Pharmasist assistants who were working on Saturday 20th August 2022. They all went above and beyond to help me when I had the most horrific time trying to sort out my prescription but with there help I got it. Thank you.
Young lady on the "front desk" taking prescriptions in & serving today was doing a fantastic job & so pleasant & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for her & deserves some praise (sorry, didn't get the lady's name)
Have been using this chemists since I moved to this area about 4 yrs ago never really had an issue until earlier today, for around 3 yrs now have been ordering my script over the phone never had any problems really. When I spoke to one of the ladies that works there to put my order in everything to then be told after the fact that if I had access to the Internet, which I do but was using works laptop and have had issues of late with service provider so didn't want to risk going on another site or app. The lady then continued in not so nice tone next time use that as our 80's to 90's are struggling to get through on the lines to put their order in, which I get but her tone was uncalled for and this has only come about now after coming out of lockdown for nrly 2 yrs of no issues in ordering over the phone
