The pharmacists are great and always happy to help but the lady shop assistant has a very unfortunate manner and seems dismissive and rude. I know they are under pressure but if pharmacy staff can remain pleasant I wonder why this lady has to be so unpleasant and off hand. I always dread being served by her!

I came in with my son who was wheezing and had run out of his inhaler. The staff at Boots were absolutely fantastic – without hesitation, they ensured he was given an inhaler straight away so his symptoms could be quickly brought under control. Truly caring, professional, and efficient service. A wonderful team – 5 stars!

I came in this morning feeling really unwell and anxious because I hadn’t been able to get a doctors appointment. The boots team were welcoming and happy to see me, and the pharmacist was so reassuring, communicative and kind, I was put completely at ease and calmed right down. She did a thorough check on me and prescribed me some treatment. Excellent service!
Busy but helpful staff have a good selection of products if you want quality the prices are in middle range
Probably the loveliest staff I've ever encountered, explained my wife broke bottle, they were totally understanding. Honestly they are all brilliant
I think that this is the most inefficient pharmacy in the world. Part of the prescription not supplied but not informed about. Also when you ring to enquire about its whereabouts they never answer the phone, which means another unnecessary trip. Also never send a text to tell you that it is ready. Sort yourselves out please.
Couldn't get an appointment for the doctors so went in to see if I could get any help without a prescription. The chemist there was very helpful and within just a few days I was feeling much better (doctors waiting time was 3.5 weeks).
