   I have been using this pharmacy for a little while now, and they are always the same. They keep coming back to the telephone to ask, "What name was it again?" "Write the person's name down, then go and check." When something is missing; why not tell us when we ring up? This will then save two trips. When serving customers, ask, "Who is next, please? Do not simply serve who you think is next, as sometimes you get this wrong. To the manager, enrol your staff in customer service skills Level 1 at least. Because of the strange behaviour of your staff, I have now changed to a different pharmacy. PS Also get someone who has good customer service skills. Also, get a manager who can read the room and situation, even from the back of the room. I am really fed up with their appalling, could not care less attitude, of how long you have to wait before being acknowledged. A bit of polite customer interaction would be nice. Final point, place could do with a good clean, it is filthy.

   Just as a warning there is a minimum spend of £5 to use a card here. Likely to be against the ToS of their card provider as both Visa and Mastercard do not allow this. Disgusting cheap behaviour from a shop that looks like it is stuck in the 1940s. The NHS need to remove central contracts from such old fashioned places.

   The service at this pharmacy is terrible. The pharmacists are arrogant, unfriendly, and talk down to customers. Picking up a repeat prescription takes at least 30 minutes. They don't serve customers according to the queue, but according to their own guidelines. The manager of this establishment should monitor his staff more closely.

   This Pharmacy is so dysfunctional can’t find anything. I’ve waited weeks to get tablets as they misplaced the prescriptions on multiplications. I have moved the Chemist now and had no problem. If you want to go there. You may be up for a wait. I would recommend not using this Chemist Ever again.

   Considering how bad the NHS is suffering and, I would imagine acquiring a lot of med deliveries being just as difficult, I've always received my masses of meds but if there'll be a delay they let me know. Used 'care of the chemist' and had advice from pharmacist couple times and he's been pleasant and as helpful. Yes telephone is engaged a lot but it's totally understandable. But you will catch them by phone etc just try again. I live other side Runcorn and they deliver without even being asked. Really enthusiastic in providing personal service.
