   I have been ordering from this online pharmacy for years. The prescriptions are usually sent out quickly and the staff are quick to respond to messages if there is a problem. However, one of my prescriptions is bizarrely sent out in snipped off pieces of blister packs in a flimsy cardboard box. Recently, the box contained a single capsule aswell as larger pieces of the blister packs. The single capsule fell out of the box and my puppy got hold of it and chewed it, necessitating an emergency trip to the vets which was very distressing (especially for my puppy who had to go through induced vomiting and charcoal treatment) and extremely expensive. I don’t understand why the pharmacy can’t send entire blister packs contained in their original packaging, which is far more secure. As a result of this recent mishap, I am now considering looking for a different pharmacy.

   This service has gone down very rapidly, and I would not recommend it at all. Will have to go back to using a local pharmacist and collectiong items, like in the last Century!

   I have been with Hey Pharmacy a while, but recently they have been getting slower and slower at sending out my prescriptions. They then cancelled another and never bothered to tell me. Every time I call, I end up speaking to Chantal, and she is stuck up and surly. I do not have time for people like this so it is time for me to move on to a different Pharmacist for delivery. Chantal needs lessons in how to get friendly. She told me I can’t keep on ordering medication “for the sake of it” and that is why they cancelled my order. If they were not so slow at dispensing there wouldn’t be such close dates between one being delivered and another ordered. My GP approved the prescriptions and they should not hold them back. She is just plain rude and their service is unreliable and plain poor of late.

   I can't fault Hey Pharmacist. I've been with them for a while now and have never had any issues. Recently a problem did arise which was due to an issue with my GP rather than Hey Pharmacist. Regardless, Chantal from Hey Pharmacist's customer support went above and beyond to help. Chantal responded to my messages fairly immediately or at least the next working day, and helped resolve the issue quickly and effectively. Thank you!

   Been with this company along time, I was moved over as I was previously a co-op pharmacy customer. Steadily the service lever has dropped and dropped and the delivery times for a simple 2 item repeat prescription now exceeds 7 days, which is unacceptable, my last few prescriptions have come dangerously close to running out because of their super slow dispensing. There customer service agents are unhelpful and robotic in an attempt to shift the issue onto the customer rather than their own short comings. As a result, after all these years, I have now deleted my account and signed up to Pharmcy2U, I am hoping they will provide a much faster service.

   Quite inept, Used to be a really great service when it was Coop health care but since it has become Hey it really is a painful experience to use. Items are always over charged on my account and have to chase up for a refund nearly every month. Some staff are helpful, some are not, either way always am told they will "look to improve, make changes blah blah blah but they never improve. Wait times for items are too long to make it a viable service any more. Will not be using any more.

   They were great when they were still Co-Op Health... Once Hey Pharmacist took over, it went from receiving items 4 days or so after ordering on a Monday, and then just worse and worse.. Items missed off, wrong quantities sent.. And as for speed... An order that was "approved by GP" on 2nd Feb, is still "being prepared" Problem is, if you attempt to "account" for their slow service, by submitting another order, then this is turned down by your GP on the basis that you ordered 2 weeks ago, but have yet to receive that order. Absolutely abysmal service - I've just signed up with Healthera, who reckon they are the fastest in the UK... Nothing to lose, and lots to gain...

   Used to be efficient within a week no problem. Now it'll say 'preparing order' 2weeks later no sign of medication. Traced through my gp surgery who said these people hadn't even accepted the prescription so who knows how long I would have been waiting for 'preparing order' This keeps happening & its no good to read answers that they say 'we're making changes/moved to bigger premises blah blah, the service is now permanently shocking & dangerous once medication runs out. I cancelled this awful service & resume going to local pharmacy

   We're going to change providers for my husband's medication. At first service was excellent, then they started taking longer, missing out parts of orders and now running out of meds. It's just too stressful dealing with this. Our surgery doesn't like giving new prescriptions too long in advance and we have to explain to them that Hey Pharmacist takes SO longer to process we must order sooner than usual.

   I signed up with Hey Pharmacist (then Co-op Health) at the beginning of Covid. It was completely brilliant - quick and reliable. Lately, however, it has been extremely slow - to the point that I have run out of essential medications. The help team is still very good but the actual pharmacy, in my opinion, is not and I have reverted to Boots (24 hours from requesting my meds to receiving my text to collect).
