   No flu vaccine available and they haven’t cancelled the appointments so you can’t rebook elsewhere. The system thinks you’ve had it already. Went all the way there to be told no vaccine available and no new appointment given, what a shambles of a system

   Just been for my 5th vaccination. Signs on the front door saying to wear a face mask. Not a single staff member, nurses or volunteers were wearing any masks, staff pushing past the queuing public! Why? With COVID infection rates rising again it's crazy and disgusting. I was there queuing for ¾ of an hour, I only saw 4 members of the public with masks.

   Very busy when I took my son for his jab. Efficiently organised and pleasant enough except for social distancing and ventilation which were both very poor and a bit surprising for a vaccination centre. BUT the main thing is he got his jab! Many of the staff appeared to be volunteers. Credit to them because I don't think it could have operated without them.
