   Luv this chemist, staff are really nice, polite, professional and always have a smile on their faces even when it's really busy. Service has improved over last couple of months, I think they have taken on more much needed staff cos it's a busy chemist, so the queue used to be really long and sometimes there would only be the one poor girl rushed off her feet having to get the ever growing queue of ppl served as quick as possible. Now they have more staff serving so even if there is a long queue they do get you served a lot quicker. So all those older reviews on here moaning about the queues should update the review they wrote.

   Not enough staff, not the staffs fault but they get the blame!! Queues nearly always to be served. Never answer the phone, just hang up on you. Acute prescriptions take too long to get prepared. Waiting in queue can be 20 mins or more, to then be told another 30 mins because it’s not ready and been put in the queue!!

   This is the THIRD time I’ve gone to collect my essential prescription and I’ve been given the wrong box with one single dose of a different medication. NO organisation, poor attitudes and I’m now on my third withdrawal episode from my meds thanks to this pharmacy. I would AVOID at all costs. Incompetent and can’t read it would seem.

   Absolute shambles of a place the staff are not helpful and are not confident in speaking to you to address the issue which you have came with, the young girl “Rachel” I was told she is new she’s absolutely appalling and stands there twiddling her hair ignoring while the line is getting bigger. When complained I’m told she’s crying as there’s been so many complaints. Well quite frankly I’m not surprised. The other staff blonde older lady her and the lady with red/brown hair both with glasses helped as best they could thankful for those two at least they are professional!!!!

   The slowest pharmacy in the world. One member of staff on at 7pm, 30 people in the que. Just go anywhere but here if it's possible for you.

   Disgusted. Website showing as open from 7am. Walked all the way here and told it doesn't open til 8am! Absolute joke! Staff don't care. Always a queue, so decided to come early and this is what happens. Always issues with this pharmacy! ALWAYS. They never answer the phone either, so it's pot luck if they're open or they've got your prescription ready.

   Tried calling on 6 seperate days. Barely picks up the phone. Called today, actually got through, got told my prescription will be sent to the NHS Spine so I can pick up in a different location. Went my nearest pharmacy, It's not been sent to the NHS Spine, have to re-call for it to be sent. Again not answering their phoneline.

   Dont know what the hells going on atm. 4 times my partner has been there after work to pick up my medication. They said last monday theyd requested it from my docs, but not had a script from them. There were many other people in the queue saying theyd been told the same. My disabled daughter went today and along with half a dozen other people she was told they would not be ready for another 2 hours. I have now been without meds for 6 days. These are meds that im not supposed to suddenly just stop taking. Ive been left with side effects that are very unpleasant. Theyre not even answerig the phone to explain the shambles tjats going on.

   My mum is on cancer medication and for the past 3 months she's been waiting for her medication 3 weeks after it was ordered, the GP says there's nothing they can do because they have processed it to asda. I got a call from asda to say it was finally ready, my mum went to pick it up only to be told there's no medication there they're still waiting for it! Never again will I use this chemist. I'm transferring my family somewhere else
