   A well deserved 5 stars. I would recommend this centre to any parents with difficulties from Parental Alienation to other family situations. Even though I didn’t need this it was such a blessing to me and our baby girl, it helped me in ways to show that I am able to care for our daughter and I am of no risk or harm. The staff was very compassionate in a none judgemental way and was very welcoming. The centre is warm and friendly, security is their priority and very accommodating to children at all ages. They have adequate facilities and refreshments. The manager is very caring and approachable with a good heart. She is such a remarkable manager so please be nice to her if you see her. Shareen: what a lovely woman she is. If you get to meet her please don’t take advantage. She has such a warm heart and works well as a support worker. Very adaptable, caring, supportive and isn’t shy to interact.

   All the team at The Starting Point Centre are friendly and professional, they go above and beyond to help and assist where they can. The centre has a great selection of available activities for family time and to promote quality time between parents and children. Gaye and Megan went to great lengths to assist me in making sure my daughters birthday was as fun as it could be, Megan, Phil and Nadia were all a pleasure to be allocated with (We spent the most time with these in particular) and wouldn't hesitate to get involved in any activities myself and the children were doing if it was requested, support workers like these are such an asset to this establishment and they truly make a bad situation a little bit easier.

   I’m so grateful that the starting point centre exists. They helped me every step of the way buildup a relationship with my daughter. The facilities are similar to that of a well equipped play centre with professional friendly staff on hand. My daughter would happily play there all day long.

   Used the centre for quite a few months, Every single staff member were amazing. Always responded to messages, emails and calls in a timely manner. Session staff were attentive and Contact notes were perfectly written. The rooms have loads of things in them to do with the children. I used more or less most rooms in different sessions and all were really good. The children also loved coming there and we had an amazing time. Would have been stuck without this centre and the amazing staff that run it. I would recommend anyone in Leeds and surrounding areas to use this centre. The staff make you feel welcome and greet you with a smile. Hope it stays open forever. Pricing is really good too compared to other centres i had checked before.

   I attended the starting point contact centre for 5 months to establish a relationship with my little girl after a rough custody battle. I can safely say we have not only regained our relationship but we are stronger than ever. I can't thank the starting point enough for all of their help and understanding. I feel very Lucky that this centre was there for me when I needed them most. The staff are friendly, fair strict and most importantly professional. The staff there listen to what you're feeling, your needs and the needs of your child. I wanted to personally thank you for everything and I hope that anyone reading this can put their faith in the starting point also. Good luck to you all and thanks again.

   They get my daughters name wrong every time she goes there. They told my daughter she her dad was waiting for her inside eventhough I told them several times she doesn't know him as dad yet so 1st time she knew was from a total stranger who works there. There's no contact kept between myself and them I'm doing all the contact asking what happens next ect. Seems nobody has my daughters best interest in mind
