   The text service is great. I’m always notified when my prescription is ready. I actually went to collect my prescription today and the queue was out of the door but it moved fairly quickly. The staff were going out of their way to help everyone. They were chasing up prescriptions constantly even for the ones who had literally just been to the Doctor next door and expected their medication to be ready immediately. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you.

   Absolutely terrible service. Two weeks for a prescription. Whether it be prescribed after a GP consultation or a repeat. This is completely unacceptable. I have watched the staff turn elderly people away without dispensing their medication nor offering any advice to help. The staff also accuse the GP Practice of lying. If you would like to be made to feel like a criminal for asking for your prescription then this is the place for you. Otherwise go elsewhere.

   Always leave my prescription 48 hrs before pick up as I know they are very busy. On a few occasions now I have been told no sorry it’s not ready and do you need it today. Today was can you wait half an hour?, Always the same lady whom seems really off or always having a bad day maybe. Other staff seem lovely, needs to learn to smile. Will now move to another chemist.

   Requested repeat prescription Sunday electronicly came in Thursday to collect to be told dismisivly "sorry we're a few days behind can you come back tomorrow" not acceptable. I will be going elsewhere from now on as this is not the first, second or third time this has happened
