   Excellent pharmacy! Have ordered my repeat prescriptions for @ 18months now after moving to Upholland from Ashurst,and must say I'm so pleased with their service! Always collected but unfortunately due to mobility problems have now requested home delivery, received within the time given very pleasant chap. Thank you to all the staff nothing is too much trouble... can't recommend enough !!!!

   Absolutely bang on. Don't write reviews usually, but this outfit is a breath of fresh air compared to my local debacle of a pharmacy. I have now ditched the Well useless lot. Take a lesson from Rowlands.

   Mark and his team of wonderful staff go above and beyond. Can't thank them enough always friendly and helpful. Never let us down. Can't thank them.enough. there's a chemist closer to us but we prefer to travel to marks as the service is always excellent and prescriptions are always done on time.

   This fantastic pharmacy has looked after me for the last 4 years. I collect regular prescriptions and in 4 years they have never let me down. I order myself and then receive a text to collect a few days later, and this system works like clockwork! If ever there has been a problem with my medicine, they have already sorted out an alternative directly with my surgery, before I was even aware of a problem. Thank you Mark and the team for being so reliable, and such a lovely pharmacy.

   Lovely, helpful staff BUT a regular battle to get metal health meds & pain relief in the alloted time. We've been using this pharmacy for over a year now, with the same items ordered regularly. I always order them in plenty if time. So now I ring the surgery to confirm the scrip has been sent across. I call the pharmacy to see if it's ready ... ''it'll be ready tomorrow after 2'', ''Why, when they were ordered in plenty of time'', ''We have to order them in'', is the usual answer. BUT if you question this, all of a sudden the items are there & it's ready for collection after 2pm! Surely when ordering your stock, you include things you know will be needed on a regular basis. Instead of ordering in when a script arrives! We use the SMS service too but we don't rely totally on these, especially when multiple items have been ordered. You go to collect thinking it's a complete order but it's not, the usual reply is ''We've had to order it!! So that means having to go out again. I'm 64 & disabled & my husband is 78 with arthritic knees, spinal stenosis & COPD ! It makes life difficult when you're constanly having to chase up your own medication so please, please BUCK UP!

   I have been given the wrong medication from this pharmacy to which it says on my medical records that I’m allergic to ( have reactions). I phone 2/2.5 weeks in advance asking for them to order my mental health medication just so they have it on site. They fail doing this so I’ve been forced to go to a more competent pharmacy. The doctors has put in a complaint about them dispensing medication when they shouldn’t also. They forget medicine for my partner who has severe asthma constantly and if you dare to question why they don’t have it all you are greeted to the response of “ so do you want this or not “ Go at your own risk

   Extremely friendly staff, go above and beyond to help everyone. Been coming here for years as it’s my local chemist and I’ve seen first hand how these young girls have been treated in the past and they have always been so professional. I would never go anywhere else, I love coming here! Also the new manager is lovely, always says hello the minute you walk in.
