Went out of their way and sorted my prescription out at closing time. Thankyou, could have easily turned me away and asked me to come back tomorrow, but they didn't.

Fearns pharmacy are knowledgeable and take the time to listen carefully to issues before providing expert and specific advice in a kind and personable manner. Even in the case where the pharmacy cannot directly help, the staff point you in the right direction of more appropriate care before providing additional information you may need.
I will not go anywhere else they go above and beyond especially during this pandemic they are putting themselves on the frontline to help everyone i think their service is excellent and if i am taking a medicine for the first time they give me advice.They are always friendly and i have been using them for a long time.
The pharmacist at Fearns, Helsby, refused to make up blister packs as requested by a GP. He told an elderly man trying to care for his terminally ill wife, both who have been loyal customers for 15 years and campaigned against a pharmacy at Tesco, that it wasn't worth the pharmacist's time, that they don't earn enough money. Disgraceful. Taking custom elsewhere.
