   Difficult to get my mind around this chemists. On one hand they're alright, like, they can help you out and speak to you civilly (that's the best I can muster) and on the other, they're utterly appalling. prescriptions only half fulfilled, losing medication, giving my medicine to someone other than me, arguing with me saying they gave it to me (even though I was at work in a different county at the time it was issued) and then not being able to prove they never issued my medicine to me with no signature from anyone....and the last straw was they have now lost my 24hour blood pressure report that my doctor needs. I called on Friday to see what had happened and I was told, and I quote this: "were short staffed can you call Monday?!...." Unquote. That was sensationally unbelievably awful service. But then they can be alright.... It's just bizarre.... Unfathomable I believe is the best way to describe this chemist.

   Went to pick my prescription up on Friday the 8/8/25 to be told they could not give me my prescription even though it was there ready as there was no pharmist on the premises & that they could not even sell anything of the shelf so why where they even open,I explained that I would be without medication over the weekend & that my medication was for heart problem but they didn't seem to care wouldn't have been to bad if they where open Saturday mornings & I could have picked it up them never know a chemist like absolutely shambolic I definitely will be change my chemist for my repeat prescription

   Moved my prescription to Digmoor and so happy with the service. The text alert is great, telling me when to collect my medication. Also booked my flu jab here too. Staff are always professional and friendly.

   I have been on the phone for just over an hour, the phone at rolands keeps ringing and ringing then they cut you off. I am convinced they pick the receiver up and put it back down. Then when you ring again it's engaged. I have been in the shop to collect a priscripton and have heard the phone ringing and nobody answers it, the staff in the back doing the prescriptions are often chatting to each other and the phone gets ignored.

   Always very helpful, friendly and efficient. I chose this pharmacy for my regular prescriptions although I could have gone to others in the area. Also parking is easy.

   If you can go to a different Pharmacy then do it. Staff tell you on the phone that your prescriptions are in for you to walk to the pharmacy for items to not even be in store and just get told a very insincere sorry, I get mistakes happen but this has become a monthly rigmarole. I don't enjoy having to walk (which is painful and challenging due to mobility disability) to the pharmacy for medication to help pain caused by this disability to not even get the medication I need, absolute jokers don't give a toss about customers. I can't even walk properly and could run a race better than this place is run

   Shambolic to say the least. Pointless this Pharmacy having a phone as it never seems to get picked up. Service not fit for purpose as I only wanted a up date on my 82 year old mother's medication non delivery as she is house bond. Thankfully I don't rely on this Pharmacy. Utter disgrace to treat (pun intended) any this way. Will make a formal complaint in due course. Probably get a reply to this faster than the phone is picked up.
