   5/11/25 James was the on duty Pharmacist yesterday when I once again dropped off my prescription at Tesco Pharmacy. He was very helpful, professional, courteous and friendly. He went out of his way to check each item was available and reassured me that the items not in stock would be ready for collection within 24hours. He is a really lovely person and a real credit to Tesco. Thanks once again James. October 2025 -James, the Pharmacists, was extremely helpful when I went for my prescription. He was patient, polite and very informative, the best person/ Pharmacist I've been to. Thank you very much James, much appreciated. Trish

   The Pharmacy is very organised , efficient and the staff are lovely . I swapped to this pharmacy for my parents when their local pharmacy ( 20 miles away ) continuously failed to deliver parts of their prescription/ had items missing in their prescriptions/ sent someone else’s tablets etc etc etc I am so pleased I switched to this pharmacy . Thank you

   James is fantastic, this lad goes above and beyond! I've been meaning to leave a review for ages because he's helped me in the past too and I've just forgotten but tonight I felt I had to. Most pharmacists I've met over the years just want to 'get you out of the way' and finish giving you what you need (at least that's the feeling I get and I understand that because it's a demanding environment). But James is totally different. No matter how long you take with him or how many questions you've asked he always end the chat politely with, "And is there anything else I can help you with today?" But tonight I had to leave this review because the pharmacy closed at 9pm and the lovely lad had the decency to help me until 9:15pm with help and advice - and he helped SO much! He is a true asset to Tesco's and the term 'customer service'.

   Rang up to see if they had something in stock. Was told they did. Went to collect to be then told, oh sorry we don't have it. A complete waste of time and another reason to shop online. Saves time and fuel.
