My daughter went into this pharmacy and asked if my medication was ready, and she got spoken to like a child and the lady was very rude. My daughter is 21 years old , this medication i need for my heart and the lady words were " it will be ready when its ready" and then closed for her lunch. How rude
Wasn't happy with attitude of the staff quite rude to my Mum especially won't be going back
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.... Absolute joke of a service, go in for a prescription and then be told have to wait a week, this after waiting 72hrs for the prescription from doctors. The front of house employee is rude, and can be confrontational when questioned about the policy, becuase the customer didnt know this was a policy. Slow service, slow staff, rude staff and very incompetent.... Also didn't ask for detail to confirm they were giving the correct prescription, I have no idea if it this the correct medication Staff need training asap.. also if you can't keep up with the demand of service then employ staff that can do their jobs
Having seen previous reviews just felt the need to review. This is the best pharmacy in Runcorn the girls who work here are always willing to go the extra mile, never had a problem but then again I’m not rude. Yes they’re busy, yes the queues can be out the door but I can honestly say I’ve never had an issue with the staff, if I’ve ever had a problem It’s been dealt with efficiently and with good humour.
Worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of being in. I've been chronically ill most my life and therefore been in my fair share of pharmacies, and this by far takes number 1 spot for being the worst. Firstly the way its set out is not disability or elderly friendly. The main problem is the staff, they're rude, slow, and lack any people skills or even empathy. I struggle to understand how whoever runs this place doesn't see these reviews and hear the constant complaints and thinks these employees have their business's and customers best interests at heart. I've never seen so many people in the back of a pharmacy doing so little. Not to mention expecting vulnerable, disabled and elderly people to stand in a queue (that's usually out the door) for over 30 minutes before even being spoke to by a staff member. Will never use again will tell people to avoid at all costs.
Absolute joke of a place! Two trips waiting an age still no prescription! Fobbed off by unprofessional unhelpful staff!!!
Waited 1hr to be served, outside in the cold. I understand you can't go in due to covid but they are very slow finding your prescription and there is no urgency to get the customers served any quicker. Very poor at the moment.
Excellent phoned for advise got a lovely young lady Faye the knowledge and the help I received was invaluable. Thank you solved a big problem and now all sorted .
Dreadful service at this pharmacy. Staff all gather in the back of shop, knowing there are people at the counter waiting to be served. Long waiting times, confusing process of dispensing prescriptions and very slow service. I was told prescription hadn't been sent from surgery and then told it had. Assistant looked for prescription and then told me it needed checking. I was then told prescription had only just been sent by GP and I'd have to come back later, when it had been made up. I was the only person in the shop and asked if I could wait. Assistant said "You can but it will be quite a while, we're very busy" Never again!
Long waiting times. Called in for prescription. There was a couple of people waiting but not busy. Was told 10-15 minutes wait, which seemed a bit long but OK - I don't want people rushing medication. 30 minutes later, my name was called. Discovered incorrect name on medication, so another 15 minute wait while it was corrected and rechecked.
