Different pharmacy from my last visit 4 days to get my prescriptions... absolutely diabolical!

Absolutely terrible service. Bought my mum in as was the closest place I could think of at first when she was having a severe allergic reaction. Which was fast becoming serious. For the pharmacist to dawdle from the back not showing very much interest. Even though I was in a, state on panic. Asking him to get something to help. He just said I can sell you some antihistamines. Which he proseeded to do very slowly. Then I had to ask for water so my mum could take one by which time she was in a state. he's medically trained. So should have known symptoms of Anaphylaxis. I rushed my mum back to the car and to a and e where she was treated straight away for anaphylact shock! I'm just angry that he was so blasé about the whole thing and not helpful in the slightest. Even though there's signs up saying here to help!! Absolutely disgraceful!! People skills 0!

I’ve seen first hand how hard the team work at Rowlands Ellesmere Port. Despite the pressures of the job they always manage to keep morale high for their customers. I will always trust them with my grandparents prescriptions, as they treat their customers with the utmost respect and courtesy whilst still being personal and professional. Any negative reviewers obviously have little patience and don’t understand how difficult it is to manage a pharmacy and continually ensure that it runs safely for everyone. Thanks for all you do ladies!

Disgraceful chemist.... Gave me wrong number of a controlled drug the pharmacist was telling me he was correct and couldn't replace them as he checked it himself then put me on hold come back on the phone and said sorry he made mistake..... Then to today my wife was given her weekly perception her pain killers weren't in the bag she was told that the pharmacist again had checked it and they were in there so she has been left with no medication she has arthritis and is a full time carer AVOID THAT CHEMIST AT ALL Costs Mandy the manager is great its the other staff.... Not on what they do

Wow! What a turn around this chemist has had in the last few months. Before I would have given it 1* now I'm so impressed I felt it deserves a review. If you were not happy with it before give it another go. 5* all the way. Linda is a real super star thumbs up.

Today I had enough! My little boy who is 2 needed eye drop because he has Chloramphenicol, so I went in there I was speaking with the man that works there. I told him the symptom and he gave me a syrup for Allergies which I clearly told him that I was speaking with my Gp and they told me that he has an infection. He sold me the syrup I called my gp asked her if it was the right medication which she told me ITS NOT to go back there and tell him again the symptoms. I went back there and he started to be rude said that I didn’t say it clearly and that was he gave me the syrup when I wanted refund he asked the ladies who works there if they know how to do refund and they said no so he told me that he can’t give me the refund because I took the syrup out of the pharmacy! The syrup was unopened I had a recipe and it was just 5min! Then he said they don’t have the eye drops in there that I need to go look in another pharmacy! Bear in mind I didn’t sleep 3 days because of my little boy because he had fever from it and was sick! He started to be rude to my boyfriend saying that he needs to be quiet and etc!!!! This is the worth pharmacy ever!! I will never go back in there!!! They never have stock never answer there calls and the men is just rude!!! What if I didn’t have enough money for the drops? What would happen after? How would I get ahold of it? RUDEEE costumer service!!! The lady’s were lovely but the man needs to get a grip and if he’s lazy to learn how to do refund then he shops not work in a pharmacy!!!!!

Absolutely awful pharmacy. Twice gave my prescription to someone else, constantly losing prescriptions, blame = 1, drivers are late 2, regular staff off on holiday, not unplanned! 3, wrong medicines delivered to shop and 4, they can't find it but know prescription is there somewhere. Twice told me prescriptions not delivered but upon re-visit took medicines off shelf to fulfill order. All of this within last 6 months, it got to the point where I told them to cancel an order and I bought it privately after being asked to revisit 4 times for a missing item. Changed pharmacy today.

They never pick up their phone calls, and when mentioned to them in person, I got a stern telling off, with an explanation of them not having enough staff. They had about 4 staff in, one of which could have easily picked up the phone call. I have been calling them 9am to 4pm throughout the day and still not a single answer. I find it very hard to believe that not a single staff was available for a sec to answer one phone call. It was very urgent too as my dad's medications (heart patient) was running really low due to the delivery being delayed. This needs to change as its been happening every day for months! Considering it's a pharmacy its very lazy of them. Due to covid 19, I try to avoid going in person as the same thing can be done via phone call and obviously much safer!
