Booked in for flu shot today , turned up for appointment to be told we are not doing flu shots at all , none of the ASDAs are doing them , if that is so it should be blocked on your Web site so no one books in and mess people about, not happy and won't a response as soon ASAP, .
Shockingly poor service at Ellesmere Port. Asked my name but pharmacist busy on consultation so asked to wait. Would sign when out. After 15 mins they came and asked me again for name.... Sorry. Waited again. Came and asked me a THIRD time for my name Guess what pharmacist has been out and just gone in on another consultation. So can I wait again. I'll never use ASDA pharmacy again. Makes you wonder what else they get badly wrong.
Arrived yesterday at Asda Ellesmere Port pharmacy at 5pm, it was closed, supposed to be open until 9pm, twice this has happened. One star is too good, zero star is more like it
Shocking pharmacy, always huge queues with one member of staff on. Poor communication, and will leave you waiting for far too long. Tell you to come back in an hour, only to tell you that your prescription is not ready. Worst pharmacy I’ve come across.
Emailed to say my prescription would be ready for collection on Monday. Turned up, closed. Went Tuesday & didn’t have my item in stock. Tried calling all day Wednesday (15 times) throughout the day & not one answer. Terrible service.
Never have the medicine in stock, staff seem frustrated and overwhelmed sometimes. Service is quite slow.
So slow. Going in after 3 days to be told there is an hour wait as it’s not been made up. Service gone way downhill.
>45 minute wait for a single *emergency* item. I was told that the wait was due to the pharmacist moving his car (which seemed to take about half an hour). He waltzed back in at a leisurely pace as if there wasn't a queue of half a dozen people, and 15 minutes later none of the people who were waiting for him had been seen to.
I have never had a problem with Asda pharmacy before, however my mum (an elderly lady who doesn’t speak English) came today to the pharmacy to collect her repeat prescription and has been served by a super rude lady. My mum suffers from a bad depression, has attempted suicide few months ago and now she is feeling super humiliated. She always collects the prescription by herself using a letter containing every needed information such as full name, DOB and address. They never had any problems accepting the letter I wrote to her, however today this lady was extremely rude to my mom who had showed this pharmacy’s lady the letter stating she doesn’t speak English and with all her info in there, and she still kept asking my mum to tell her address. My mom then called to me so I could speak with this adorable lady. I don’t know her name, but thanks to her now my mom is at home feeling extremely humiliated because many people have watched this scene while my baby was in the pram crying as well.
