Great service from the pharmacy team today. I went with a small injury and asked for advice. They advised to contact my gp and within an hour I had received a tetanus shot and was back to collect antibiotics. Couldn’t recommend the staff here more. Thanks.

This is a very large boots store Not always easy to get served in the Aftershave and Perfume section as there doesn't ever seem to be any staff around that area. Usually have to go looking for a staff member to serve you on the aftershave or perfne counter. They never seem to have any Aftershave testers in this store, yet other stores I have been in, are happy to provide a few Aftersgave testers to the paying customer, I only ever ask for a small tester when I have bought someting.

Bit hit and miss to be honest firstly it doesnt matter if they are busy its always one person on the perscriptions. And altho both my tablets were submitted together i got 1 lot on the 7th and told the others would "more than likely ready tomorrow" so went in on my lunch (waited ages in the queue because there is only 1 on) only to be told they are behind. Doesnt make sense. The lady was nice tho so not her fault.

One of those occasions when I needed to see the Pharmacist for antibiotics rather than take a day off work to see a doctor. I walked into Boots straight after work (about 6pm, when my doctors practice would be closed!!) taken privately into an interview room and was able to get a course of tablets. Excellent service. Thank you so much.

Pretty poor to be honest. I usually shop in boots & find them really helpful. However I just tried to buy piriton for my toddler on our way back from a holiday. Whilst I appreciate we didn’t arrive into store until five to 5, the store is advertised as open until 5. I asked an assistant where I’d find it & was sent to the children’s medication - not there. Asked someone else and was pointed to the allergy section but hastily advised they don’t know if they had children’s as they ran off. I saw it, picked it up and it was a dummy box. Took it to the till where they said it would be in the pharmacy which was shut. Went to put it back and asked an advisor over there why it would be in the pharmacy when it’s on boots shelf and she said it would be behind the till but they can’t get it for me now because it’s 5pm. Really annoying, felt like they were all in a rush to get out rather than do their job until the store closes.
