Amazing service by the tesco pharmacy. Had a problem with my prescription that my doctors surgery did not help but everyone at the pharmacy helped out and sorted my problem out for me and saved me alot of stress, time and running around. Cant thank them enough
Couldn't even fill an emergency prescription for co-codamol and Ibuprofen. This was for my mum after she had a fall. Good to know the staff are aware where the nearest real pharmacy is as they pointed us to boots....
Never had a problem picking up prescriptions, staff are friendly and helpful. Might have to wait if there are customers before you but that's normal practice isn't it!

The laziest and worst customer service ever. Monday morning just what you want to be doing when the chemist is to lazy to look for your prescription then told to contact the Drs and guess what the prescription is at the tesco. Went bk to be told a load of lies on how I shouted over another customer no I asked politely was there another perscription if the lady was doing her job she should have asked me to wait and severed the lady and come bk to me oh no sent me off to the Drs. No happy Never ever going that pharmacy again.... keep yr sanity go else where.
I work in Tesco (night shifts), and I had an appointment today at 11.25 for a flu jab. Literally one minute before the appointment I received a call informing me that for a glitch in the system all the appointment of the day were cancelled. Obviously I was already there, after my usual night shift and 3 hours of sleep, just for the appointment. They have no respect, not even for other colleagues.
