   The staff are super helpful whenever I have reason to attend to collect ones prescription. Every year, I am ready to attend for my flu jabs, and it's administered quickly and painlessly. Have my doctors set them as my designated pharmacy and once I have my prescription sent over is always ready for collection as needed. Super helpful and friendly staff.

   Ordered my medication after the pharmacy manager confirmed the price, by the time I came to pick it up they DOUBLED the cost. The female pharmacist there at the time didn't believe me that we were told it was half the price the day before and refused to help any further, refusing to sell me the medication at the price I was told. She insisted I was to come back on Monday to pick it up with the manger, but that would be too late as I had no medication left and she fully knew that I cannot miss a dose of what I was prescribed. After minutes of back and forth she finally decided to check the previous day price to see that I was telling the truth and then decided to call the manager and 'honour the price,' which she could have done in the first place! Attitude was appalling and made me out to be a liar!! Feel very taken advantage of as I have no choice but to go private and they charge way way above the drug tariff price! Was no help when other customers got involved when they had no idea what they were talking about, and apologised to them as if I had done something wrong?! I received no apology either, even if she wasn't to know she made no effort to resolve it sooner and just ring her colleague who didn't leave a note! Of course customers are going to say something if you double the price of their medication over night! If you use private prescriptions do not use Lloyds or chain pharmacies!!

   I have been getting my repeat prescriptions for quite a few years from SAINSBURY’S Pharmacy, Cheshire Oaks. The staff who I see regularly there are absolutely brilliant. They are so helpful, checking on my prescription details and sorting medication out for me and letting me know which ones I need to order straight away and which ones are not there and future dates etc. I have had quite a few issues with my GP Surgery in connection with my prescriptions over the years, but I know that when I go to the Pharmacy in SAINSBURY’S, they deal with everyone in a very professional, friendly and caring manner. I would not go anywhere else for my prescriptions as I know they will sort everything for me. The whole regular team there all provide an excellent service to their customers. Thank you.
