Never a smile. Very unhappy to help. Take an age to serve you, and don't have it, or can not find it. Always seem in a mood. Stock just lying in boxes, like a jumble sale.
Been using this pharmacy since year dot the people in this pharmacy are polite and helpful even when understaffed they need more than 2 people working here more staff needed if you want to solve problems
I visit well chemist on overpool road often the staff there r very helpful but always rushed of there feet due to staff shortage… but they have always apologised and done there upmost best to help me and do my tablets in time…
Rude staff, who make mistakes and get annoyed if you dare to go back to get it sorted, they do not answer the phone, they close early, often open late or don't open at all due to "STAFF SHORTAGES" so if people run out of medication, can't get in or call them, they go without and risk ending up in hospital due to withdrawal, which has happened to a family member dealing with this pharmacy..... Not fit for purpose.
Never opens on time, people always queuing outside until at least 9.05am. Always manages to be closed dead on closing time tho

Booked a 50+ flu jab online ..2 weeks in advance to fit in with my shift pattern .. got an auto email on the day of appointment re-arranging for the following week .. which defeated the object of booking a suitable and convenient time ..no explanation given .. cancelled and went to an alternative pharmacy .. they had previously cancelled my wife's Covid booster in a similar manner.
As an immunocompromised person, had my autumn booster booked here. Was surprise to find no staff (including person administering dose) and very few customers wearing masks. Not really the right location for people booking jabs who are clinically extremely vulnerable but the person vaccinating at least should have been more considerate. Only went through with it because it would have been a couple of weeks before I could have booked elsewhere
Lazy staff I have spent 30 minutes in there with just one person in front of me
