I appreciate understaffing can cause issues but it's started to effect the quality of the service. No more text alerts, phones not being answered and life critical medication not being provided in a timely manner (or stating its expensive so can't be provided when other pharmacies have no problem) I've used Rowlands for the last time unfortunately
I visited today after a painful trip to the dentist a few days prior, really grateful for time taken to speak with me and advise what would help.
Absolutely shocking service. No staff. Phones not answered. No presciption texts sent out any more. Long lead time to process prescriptions so patients (inc. me) are running out of essential medication.
This is the rudest most inefficient chemist I've ever had to deal with. Will be changing chemist. Disgraceful service.
This is the Chemist I choose to use to collect my prescriptions or advice. The staff are always helpful and friendly towards me. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and excellent when you need a flu injection. I always get a first class service.
Not impressed at being bellowed at that I should wait outside the pharmacy as there were already two people inside, i.e a mother and child. Yes, I firmly believe in social distancing but,an iota of respect as a customer, would be appreciated
Just been to Rowlands to pick up a prescription. After waiting nearly 10 mins to be served, (there was only myself and one other customer in there) and with the 4 (yes 4) counter assistants ignoring me, I finally got served. Pretty poor in a shop where customers are supposed to come first
