I have been a customer of this pharmacy for 5 years, but since their move to the new premises, the service is appalling . For example, I registered for texts so I could receive a PIN number for out-of-hours collection. This is a service they offer! I never get the texts despite speaking to them several times. I re-register with them each time to receive texts and I go through the same thing again—no text notification, no pin, can’t collect my prescription out-of-hours. When I ask why this keeps happening, I’m told they ‘don’t know why’- apparently there’s no record of it in their system. When I ask to speak with the supervisor, I’m told to call back. I call back and the super. is away . No apologies from them; no efforts to improve or find a solution for something as straightforward as a texting service. How pathetic. Time to find a better pharmacy.
Visited today with my husband and the pharmacist was absolutely brilliant he was so helpful he gave wonderful advice and when my husband popped in again later this afternoon to get something for my daughter he took the time to ask if we had any success with finding emergency dentist treatment . I’d like to say thank you to him not only for his help and advice but also for his support.
My first time visit for a COVID vaccination.. performed by Jess the manager....Brilliant..friendly, relaxed and I didn't feel a thing!
So delighted to have found this gem of a pharmacy. The staff are absolutely incredible, helpful, bubbly and efficient. The pharmacy has ample space and place to sit down, they offer a wonderful service and now that I’ve found it.. I won’t be using any other!

Fantastic service by all the staff, a special thank you to Andy for all his help, the only pharmacy that would do a blister pack for me, let down by Fishwicks, so thankful for Obriens.
Have been in a lot of pain and on lots of different medications. I rang for advice after a sleepless night in pain and the pharmacist was brilliant. So so helpful on what combination of meds I could take and how to increase them safely to control my pain. So patient and willing to give his time to advise me. Very grateful for an excellent service.
