   I visited on 13 December with my granddaughter who ordered a kids meal £3.99. I went on my bank to transfer the money and my daughter ordered on screen. A member of staff came over to say the transaction had not gone through even though I went on my bank again which showed on the account as paid. The manager or another lady came over to state the payment had not been made and even though I showed her my bank was told I would have to pay again and that it would cancel itself off. I am still waiting for the £3.99 to go back in. I do not live local but would assume that it would be credited back to my account seeing as I only bought one meal. Beware how many people is this happening to.

   Ordering here was easy enough and the food was good and mostly fresh but the service was very mid, and the restaurant itself was disgusting. Every single table covered in rubbish, sauces spilt all over. Not good at all it was gross to look at. I was probably dining in for about 35 minutes and not once did I see a member of staff come out to clean the floors or tables.

   Absolutely appalled with my recent Burger King order. I ordered 3 Chicken Royals (one with bacon), 2 cheesy fries, 1 regular fries, chili bites, and 3 Diet Cokes. The fries were not just cold — they were raw. How am I supposed to enjoy a chicken burger when the chips are literally uncooked? To make things worse, the Diet Cokes were hotter than the food! I called to report the issue, but no one answered and no one bothered to call me back. For the price you pay, you expect a basic standard of food and service — this was shocking and completely unacceptable.

   Placed order in drive through this evening. Told no dips and when got home burger short so had to go through all traffic again to get it. Phoned up but no one to take call. Don't they check orders before giving them out?? Will be checking in future

   Nice clean restaurant and the staff were super helpful and accommodating. The children's play area is just the icing on a very tasty cake.

   Ain’t been here for years and the standards have drop massively it’s quite and all the bins are full the seating area too had to go and sit and eat it in my car and the food was cold too

   Very slow waited 25 minutes for our meals no apology. The food then came out slow after that could not be bothered to complaint as would have waited another 25 minutes no doubt. Management wasn't very poor. This is the new steak house burger does really look the pic and cold
