   Always found the staff to be helpful and friendly in this shop, even though they’re obviously very busy! I’m aware this shop has had problems in the past but on my last few prescriptions, they have all been ready on time when I’ve been to collect which shows a big improvement over the last few months.

   Collecting a prescription can take 20-30 mins on a regular basis. The worst run chemist I have ever used. The staff are very nice and friendly though.

   Up until the past 8 months this pharmacy has been run effortlessly well with great customer service and quick turn over of customers. Now it has to be the worst run business I have ever experienced. Absolutely no system in place, no organisation, the staff don't seem to know what they are actually doing. Its absolutely shocking. I don't know what has happened but the current change in staff has really backfired. This really needs amending as the pharmacy is all over the place.

   Waited an hour to collect prescription today which they had had since last Wed. Not efficient at all. There seemed to be a lot of discontent within the staff with a lot of complaining between them. Very poor service, no explanation or apology for the long wait. There was 5 of us in the queue and 2 people being served. At first they could not find my prescription and I had to shout my details etc across the shop - no privacy at all. My medication was thrust into my hand and the pharmacist turned her back and walked off behind the counter without giving me any instructions etc. I had not even been told what the prescription was as it had been prescribed for me without any contact by doctor. Had no chance to ask any questions about meds. Appalling service. Even the labels on the box were illegible in parts.

   Prescriptions never ready even if u give them over 7 days to do it. They dont contact you if they cant get your meds so when you turn up to collect them they leave u with nothing. They always blame the doctors reception or vice versa if they cant find your prescription. 9 times out of 10 its there they just cant find it.
