Awful service and so unhelpful! We were advised by 111 to go to speak the pharmacist at this pharmacy to determine the outcome of skin rash as to whether it needed antibiotics. To say the pharmacist was unhelpful is an understatement. Like it was an inconvenience to him to even look over my daughter’s rash on her face so next time 111 advise is to go an speak to that pharmacist I will decline and ask to be given a different pharmacy.

No longer a lloyds pharmacy but an unnamed pharmacy. Very little stock and not very quick service, often having to return to pick prescriptions up as they often don't have items on the premises.

Very rude staff when enquiring on the phone. I phoned to ask a question and she was short and abrupt and even said “we’re a pharmacist not a doctors.” To a pharmacist query. Not a nice way to talk to anyone. Some compassion from a pharmacy would be expected.

Useless. Just going in to buy something off the shelf and with one customer in front of you it's a 5 minute wait to be served, all the staff are on a go slow. My wife was given a prescription and she left it 48 hours before going to get it, when she went in they said it's not ready! She said that it had been put in two days before by the doctor, the reply was "You have to wait a week now". Just hope it's nothing required urgently!!!

Opened late, no acknowledgement or apology. Rude staff member who managed an entire transaction without any communication. Will go Little Sutton next time

I would advise against using the pharmacy. My husband needed an emergency prescription, I collected it from the surgery and went straight to Lloyd's to have it filled. I was told it would be ready the following day. Explained it was urgent, but was then told they were concentrating on antibiotics. No customer service or consideration. I would have given no stars, but that option is not there.

Ordered repeat prescription through lloyds pharmacy app. Lloyd's pharmacy app informed me that requests for prescription from my Doctors hasn't been actioned. I phoned my Doctors a week later to be informed that Lloyeds Pharmacy have received the prescription as requested by Lloyd's pharmacy App and was actioned very same day. I arrived at Lloyd's pharmacy and waited patiently to be seen as it was busy, (no issue with that at all) I then explained to lady at till the situation. She took my details and I then I again patiently waited for some sort of feed back. I could hear my name being mentioned between staff as I waited for some feedback advice or explanation, as none forthcoming after me standing in the pharmacy for 20 minutes, I tried to get the attention of one of the staff, on doing so twice I was completely ignored and she walked away. I eventually caught the reluctant eye of one of the staff, and told her I could come back tomorrow (they were busy still), I was then informed yes to come back tomorrow, I then had to ask, had it been sorted for when I returned?, I got back a yes with no further explanation as to if it had been sorted. Basically if I hadn't caught someones attention I would have been stood there for another 20 minutes without any updates. All in all it was a very negative experience. I get the impression due to a large catchment area and a Doctors surgery on the doorstep, that perhaps this Pharmacy isnt large enough or staffed adequately to meet the needs or demands of at a level expected from a well known branded pharmacy. Sorry about the rant.

An absolute disgrace the way I was treated Booked in weeks ago for health professional supervised lateral flow test as required by USA authorities, within 24 hours of flying. Confirmed by Email. Tried to phone (yesterday)2 days before appointment - no reply to my 20 or so attempts. Drove there as it’s nearby.was greeted by being told they aren’t giving tests any more and they had no record of me- I showed them my confirmation of appointment Email! What? Why haven’t I been notified as I’m flying in 3 days- flight booked, rental car and accommodation booked, meeting family and friends! Bad attitude to me as I expressed firmly and clearly my concerns.manager not here- try tomorrow but we’ve got no tests in!! Eventually after waiting 20 minutes without an apology, or being given any customer courtesy I was told that a nearby Lloyds at Cheshire Oaks have test kit in- ring them and re- arrange an appointment!so I phoned and phoned and phoned……and eventually re- made an appointment there Lots of stress and angst from couldn’t care less staff- no hint of an apology!to add insult to injury I today received a generic Email confirming the appointment which they knew nothing about and had no kit for!!! Awful!!!
