   Recommended by another pharmacy because they can't do COVID vaccinations... Argued over the phone repeatedly stating guidelines and asking me what conditions I have and why I need one. Despite being doctor ordered, requested by the NHS and with reference numbers etc. More interested in citing what he wrongly believed to be true. Apparently having poor immune system, several conditions and evidence of doctor and NHS app references wasn't enough to stop the arguing on the phone. Guess a random pharmacist knows better than my doctors and the NHS now

   By far the best pharmacy in Ellesmere Port!! I had difficulty obtaining a particular prescribed medication from a number of different pharmacies in the area, but this proved to be no problem for the staff here. Dispenser Dave in particular was and is always very attentive and gives exceptional 7* customer service. Kudos to the team at “Super Sutton Pharmacy”

   This chemist was awful to my autistic son with needs .we like to give him some independence and the guy who was thin with a mustache was rude and flippant with him ,also the tall lady with grey hair who never smiles has been rude on countless times . I've been in to see them and once again they acting inappropriate, no customer service or empathy. Used to be such a lovely friendly place Avoid at all costs. There's no call for it as if life isn't hard enough without people being cruel to individuals with additional needs . Dismissed my concerns about being discrimination

   After an unpleasant experience at this Chemists a couple of years ago I avoided the place. However on Monday 16th Sept I called in to pick up a prescription for my mother. Completely different staff, professional and customer-friendly. Please keep this up and thank you.

   Fantastic pharmacy, very helpful and informative. Couldn't get medication due to shortages. The chemist managed to locate it and order it quickly, I received it the next day. They keep you informed by phone and text. Very friendly and caring. Highly recommend.

   Stood waiting for prescription in shop and I was acknowledged by a man behind the counter saying alright girl to get my attention. When I said I had a prescription to collect he then looked at me as if I had 2 heads. After this he got my prescription and that was sorted. I did not appreciate this as I didn't know him and it felt very unprofessional, I moved pharmacies because it just felt very unprofessional.

   STAFF are helpful no matter how busy they are they go out of there way to help you IV no complaints about this pharmacy none what so ever it's handy for me. As I only live down the road from them if they haven't got what I need they get and phone me to tell me it's arrived .
