   A group of four of us all had a three course lunch. All courses of excellent restaurant quality and taste. Good craft beers and fine wines. Pleasant staff and an informal atmosphere. We ate in the restaurant area although the bar is just as pleasant. Food prices extremely competitive. Drink prices as any other pub restaurant. A beautiful old building in an attractive village. Highly recommended.

   We went to The Waggon for our first meal today. We booked a table for 12 people and received very helpful service prior to the actual meal date. We were sent sample menus about what to expect and also helped with additional guests being added on. On arrival our table was ready, the service from the team was lovely. We were not left waiting for anything. Drinks served to our table, meals, sauces additional gravy. Nothing was too much. The food was beautiful, hot and tasted homemade. Everyone who attended said that they would return for another meal. A lovely environment, clean and polite staff. The local area would be nice for a stroll after your meal too. Thank you to the whole team x

   My wife and I had our wedding meal here. That should pretty much tell you how much confidence we had in the staff and the food at this amazing place. Service has always been impeccable. the staff are welcoming and attentive. We regularly pop back for a Sunday dinner which are top notch. Special mention going to the gochujang chicken here as well.

   The is a fantastic pub- the food is proper home cooked and delicious! We had our wedding here and the team couldn’t have done enough for us. The place looked gorgeous, the food came out perfectly with everyone getting the correct dish, and everyone said the food was lovely. We couldn’t fault the food or service. Beet garden is a really nice little place to sit with nice planting and lights. Thanks so much to Ed, Mel, Jess and the team for helping to make our day so amazing ! Will be back for another of your gorgeous Sunday dinner soon!

   If you win the lottery then this is the place to go. Nice bar lovely inside and outside. The menu is very expensive and limited. Not a lot of choice. No traditional foods like roasts.
