Really happy with this pharmacy. Izac the pharmacist is absolutely lovely and so kind, All the staff are great — friendly, welcoming, and they know me by name. My prescription is always ready because they know I collect at the same time, which makes things so much easier. I’m really glad I changed pharmacy.
Isaac the lovely, polite and friendly pharmacist explained everything in easy to understand detail to both my husband and I. No rush and very professional. Would highly recommend this pharmacy and would definitely visit again. Thank You
One star only for the staff. We all want Joseph back, don’t advise anyone to come here. This place used to be so good when Joseph was her. Our medications got delivered at the right time, phone calls were answered and no waiting time when you enter the pharmacy. I was here last week, waited more that half an hour just to ask where my mum’s medication was bc it’s 3 days late, took them 10 minutes to find it , there was also an old lady that had to wait more than 40 minutes and when she asked about her medications , no one offered an apology and they said her list was so big so she needs to wait then went inside and started taking about her with her colleges. This never happened when Joseph was here and staff were nicer
Been with Drakes less than 12 months. Was told prescription delivery was 48-72 hours. I have had to chase every prescription. I usually get it after 6 or 7 days or have to ask someone to pick it up for me. Their explanation was ‘we dont deliver in Monday!!’ I’m changing my pharmacy so I don’t have to run out of medications.
BRING BACK JOSEPH!!! This pharmacy used to be absolutely fantastic, Joseph and the ladies had this pharmacy running like a well oiled machine. Joseph and the ladies would always be on hand to explain anything you needed. Since Joseph has gone this pharmacy has gone completely down hill. The new pharmacist seems to have zero patient care in mind and the poor ladies now look completely overwhelmed but are at least still trying to do their best within a new system that is clearly not working. Also the delivery's that use to be like clockwork now seem to have disappeared so you now have to go all the way down there whether you're well enough or not and then have an excruciatingly long wait for your prescription which should be ready but isn't, only to then find out that they don't have the medication in stock. All in all the new pharmacist needs to do a lot better.

Unusually Not very helpful. May start to get my prescriptions delivered from elsewhere. Hopefully this was a one off.
So so lovely. Couldn't fault at all. The pharmacist is just amazing and goes out of his way to help. The staff are all lovely too. Always sorted out any issues with prescription, and always tries hard to get the medication the same day when he can.
I had a problem where my prescription got sent to the chemist near to where I used to live but the staff here sorted it and changed it all over so my prescriptions now come here instead. Very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!
I pre booked for a Covid booster jab in October 2021 after being invited to do so by my GP. Although I do not live in the area it was handy for my place of work. I had never been in this pharmacy before but was impressed by its clean, bright atmosphere and very professional and friendly front line staff. I received my vaccine from the exceptionally kind and gentle pharmacist and at 64 years old I can honestly say that I have never in my life had a more pain free vaccination. I didn't actually know he had done it until he informed me that he had. I didn't even feel a pinprick !! At this pharmacy, I experienced exceptional service and additional health advice and would return in a heartbeat. Thank You.
