This is my local chemist, the staff are always busy but polite and helpful. They are now doing the work of two chemists as the Knowlsley road one has had to close. I have been a regular customer for years. Thanks guys
Very poor customer service. Two women behind the counter were talking when I came in. They didn't acknowledge me continued talking. It wasn't until another customer came in many minutes later that they asked what I wanted. Very rude

Staff with a horrible attitude, had a prescription we sent in over a week ago for them to only order it 8 days later after my child has been without medication over the weekend. Incompitant will be taking it further as they have made my child suffer due to their neglect
