I have always found staff helpful and the primary pharmacist (Dave I believe) suggested visiting GP after viewing my ulcerated shin. They may have a smaller staff now as they're no longer open after 21:00 (used to be 23:00 I think), and until recently, had two half hour gaps in service Mon-Sat.
I cannot praise the staff at this pharmacy enough; they are consistently friendly, incredibly helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. It is always a busy place, but as a Systems Thinker, you can see that this is a testament to the high quality and demand for their service. The pharmacists are always thorough and friendly, and their advice has been absolutely spot-on. While some may focus on the queues and delays, the reality is that the service is well worth it. It’s open late, which is a huge convenience, and for the consistently great care and professionalism on display, you couldn't really ask for more
Long waiting times, always busy regardless what time you attend, always a long line. I need to change my pharmacy.
Opening hours are unreliable to put it nicely. Don't just close 2hrs early, or 2hrs for lunch, randomly close between 4-5 as well. Tried 3 times in 2 days this time... bring on the seizures.
It is now Wednesday evening and I am still waiting on half of my Barretts medication - unbelievable - a formal complaint has been made to the General Pharmacy Council - update its now Saturday and even up to yesterday they still got things wrong. AVOID AVOID AVOID
They never have anything in stock, co-codimol got none joint cream got non tubagrip pointed finger somewhere over there absolute shitshop
I rang ahead to check if they had drugs prescribed by online GP. Been told that they do, I also asked if e-prescribtion on pdf on my phone is fine. Yup, no problem. When I arrived Alan at the counter said they will not honour it as its online. Wasted trip on a day I don't feel.too well. Clearly lack of training as I had those prescriptions dispensed without issues at Rowlands,Boots and Superdrug.
Had an eye infection was seen to by dave the pharmacist he was a proper sound bloke
