   Booked a flu jab a week ago using the NHS app. I turned up at the appointment time only to be told they had none left? I explained I had booked it a week ago but staff where not helpful at all I asked why couldn't they have let me know earlier but they could not give a reason. I tried to book another appointment elsewhere on the NHS app but it now thinks I've had my flu jab. This Rowlands Pharmacy could not have been less interested, very poor service

   We were told that 2 prescriptions were ready and I went to collect to be told there was none . The rude dark haired girl then found one and shook it at me saying we don’t have it go else were. I asked where the nearest chemist was ( I’m not from around here, I’m just collecting for someone ) she flung her arms one way and said one up there and the the other 2 that way. I called next door to the doctors to ask about the 2 prescriptions I was suppose to be picking up , went back in and other girl , said yes it’s here I’ll get it made up. Tell me chemist that doesn’t have antibiotics in for sick babies . Not very helpful and the dark haired girl should count herself lucky she’s got a job the way she talks to people . Rude with and attitude, she definitely wouldn’t be working in my chemist , where’s her customer service . Thank god for the lovely people in a numark chemist we got the antibiotics for the sick baby.

   I rang up regarding my daughters prescription I got told it wasn’t there so I rang 111 they told me to ring another pharmacy who got in touch with Rowlands and told them it was there so I rang up Rowlands to double check and the young girl on the phone was so rude I got her name and spoke to the older lady she said “it had just came in and why did you ring 111” I clearly don’t work there so how am I supposed to know, when on the previous call you told me it wasn’t there. then she goes and says order it earlier but I can’t as there is a time limit from when you can order it from and the doctors will not put the prescription up so that is not my fault. At the end of the day you should not speak to regular customers like that I have taken it to patient experience so hopefully they will give you the training you need. I no longer feel welcome at this pharmacy and will be changing it for me and my daughter.

   Give you wrong prescriptions. When you request them they take days for them to be ready including anti depressants which are not supposed to be stopped suddenly. Your told they would be ready to collect and then when you go they give you a different item!!! So infuriating when it's important. The pills are probably in the back of the store just sitting there.

   Brilliant customer service. I'm in and out of here all the time for multiple house bound family members and this pharmacy always has what we need! The staff are super friendly and helpful with great knowledge, they are pretty much reading my mind when asking questions!

   Probably the worst chemist I've ever had to use. They never answer the phone, you have to wait days for prescriptions until they get stock in and home deliveries make you wait a few more days on top of that. Every other chemist ive used, does everything in the same day. Everything just feels so disorganised here.

   Been going this chemist for years and finally had enough of the sales assistant's attitude, she has been there for a long time and acts like she is the owner! I have moved our repeat prescriptions to boots chemist round the corner and the staff are lovely.

   The efficiency of this chemist is a disgrace. 45 minute wait for a prescription to be fulfilled and then more waiting as they put the wrong name on the medication. I honestly can't believe it. Rowlands need to sort it out!
