Called up earlier today to have the pharmacist look at my ear.. the man on the phone stated they could look at my ear but not prescribe anything, which was fine by me... turned up to be told the complete opisit and they can't check my ear at all. Waste of a journey and not even a apology for misleading information.
Went for my flu vaccination and Eliza was great, explaining everything and keeping everything relaxed. Thank you !
Chemist is an absolute shambles! The young girl her attitude is vile! 3 days on the run my prescription hasn’t been ready and been told to go back the next day which I’ve done and it’s still not ready! Worst chemist I’ve ever come across and the staffs attitude needs sorting out, ASAP!
Absolute shambles! Staff are to interested in standing round gossiping and discussing new uniforms instead of serving the que of customers who have been waiting 30mins to 1 hour! And how dare those customers give a polite nudge of hi I’ve been waiting a while have you forgotten me? To be told we are going as fast as we can. Erm literally standing round discussing uniforms is not going as fast as you can. I wouldn’t mind but there is hardly and seating for customers to at least sit down while waiting upto 1 hour.
Went in to collect tablets for mum. She called them first thing to ask if they were ready for pick up. Staff told her they were. Called in at 5.00pm and had to wait to get to the counter, only to be told that they will be ready soon. 55 minutes later, I finally received mum's meds. I heard one poor lady had to wait over an hour and a half. They either need more prescribing staff or they need a kick up the posterior to get them shifting. Would never have happened when Habib was there!!
Since Habib has left this chemist has gone down the pan! Rude dispensing staff (Excluding Deb on the desk who is always helpful) and long waits. Unprofessional Pharmacist Manager! Never got all my medication will be giving my custom else where.
Always a wait to be served at least 15 minutes or longer. 1 staff member serving at till very courteous but over worked. This has been a shambles since they closed to shop in New ferry just not good service ..
Intentionally, with forethought and malice will withhold your meds and say they aren't there when they are. They add on longer than other pharmacies so that when they are doing this they can use it as an excuse for their malicious actions. Do not use. Ever. For your own sake.
All staff are great , they will go above and beyond to help if needed. Dispensing Chemist is wonderful and has great customer service. Been going there over 35 yrs wouldn't dream of going elsewhere.
Had to change my pharmacy as five months running this place got my prescription wrong with shortages meaning at least two trips to get my full prescription. Do not blame in store staff. Appears to be this crazy centralised system Rowlands have. Not a good experience at all. Shame because I was using this pharmacy for many years with no issues until Rowlands changed their system.
