   Beware of sharp practice. Was quoted £29.70 to colect my single script perscription and there was substitution. Set off alarm bells so i declined went home and looked it up. £25.98 of medicine. In a previous incident i was shorted on my perscription by tens of doses, i put that down to an honest mistake at the time Nothing illegal but absolutely BUYER BEWARE Put this as a 2 because unlike the one over the road you do actually get your medicine in good time.

   Having moved from St Caths pharmacy to here about a year ago and it's one of the best moves we made. The phone always gets answered. The staff are lovely and if there is ever an issue it's resolved kindly and with care. Medication is usually available and if not you only have to wait until the next day for it. Its a clean pharmacy, well stocked and staff are happy to help with and queries.

   In my experience this family run pharmacy is the gold standard in customer service, treatment and care. All staff are very competent, friendly and caring. I couldn't recommend this pharmacy highly enough. I have recently also received advice, consultation and treatment requiring antibiotics all in the same day! Thank you Tranmere Pharmacy - you are the best.

   Always appreciate Richard, who himself gives me this EXACT prescription usually however he wasnt there this week so heres why im angry, Past few months no problem then turned away refused SAME EXACT medicine by a young blonde guy I've never seen before but was very unprofessional, I demand an apology and appreciate someone who actually knows what they are doing respond ,disgusting leaving someone without EXACT medication usually given there

   am not very good on the phone with people i do not know due to my mental health however richard was very good with me and kept me calm the whole time was speaking to him we have been with him and his team for a while now and not had any problems even when my partner was in hospital the lady who brought my med's to me kept asking how my partner was doing and i only had to ring if need any help or advice x

   Having received my medication on the 21/12. There was zero Patient information leaflets in either which has been law since 1996. These leaflets have valuable information in, especially if your taking other drugs, I wouldn't have known the interactions. I have never received medication without PIL not enclosed before. Surely the pharmacy board needs to know and action taken. Hi Rich I would be prepared to speak to you after my response from the GPHC, then I would have some more information, other than that you know all the details about the issue and it should be pretty easy for you to investigate this situation with your staff so it doesn't happen again to somebody else.

   Richard and the team are super fab !!! they stayed open late for me, so that I could pick up my mum's prescription, as I was running late due to being stuck in traffic. I couldn't thank them enough as me mum had ran out her medication that day xxx
