They never answer the phone and when you turn up the prescriptions arnt ready or they can’t access the computers because the internets down it’s a joke! The staff are okay but I have been stood there at times while they have a lovely conversation and ignore me very strange behaviour

EDIT: This went from a 4* to a 1*. The staff are EXTREMELY rude. They don't answer the phone, you sit and wait getting there first at 9am and it not being filled until 9.45am they pick and choose who gets there prescription first. I'm always the last one out. I've had to move to another pharmacy because of this. And being told "you just have to wait" when you explain how urgent the meds are. The pharmacist (locum not too sure) is disgustingly rude too. They have no idea how to talk to customers properly. I'd only ever use this pharmacy if mine or all others are shut. But it used to be a 10pm pharmacy then management wouldn't pay salary from 6-10 so they now close at 6pm Mitchell is nice to your face but behind your back will say things about you which are horrible. When you over hear things like "he's always here at 9am, what the ****" it boils your blood a bit. Emailed management to tell them and no response after 4 weeks. They just don't care

I was seen by the Pharmacist on duty last night after discovering the insect bites I got on my legs over the weekend were gradually becoming more red, swollen and painful to walk on. I was seen straight away and he had marked where the swelling had got to, then advised me to come back again today to see if there was an infection present which I did and was confirmed that the bites had become infected. Again on today's visit I was seen straight away and was quickly prescribed antibiotics and was given sound advice to help alleviate the symptoms I am experiencing. Extremely helpful and the other members of staff also on duty were very pleasant to speak to as well. Thank you for your help all x

I want to share my experience if it wasn't down to one member of staff staci who you can see is run of her feet deals with me on a weekly basics and I have nothing but respect for that individual staff member who goes above and beyond to help me each week if it wasn't for this member of staff I would be giving bad reviews

Used to work in the pharmacy and have nothing but respect to the full time staff for their dedication and hard work. Sadly the place is brought down by temp staff. Parents went into the pharmacy today for an urgent prescription from the mental health crisis team parents had to wait there for a hour only to be told there was no adhd meds or a script for my sleep meds which I understand as the gp surgery are slow. Parents explained to the temp staff the severity of the meds and why they were needed because of mental health crisis only to be told “it wasn’t there problem” by the temporary staff. Thankfully the manager who I won’t name came over and calmed the situation down and was really respectful to my Parents which I can’t thank enough but I just think staff should have a lot more consideration for emergency scripts and try be a bit more sympathetic to mental health patients.

They mix medications up and they blatantly Lie regarding desspensing of medication. They left me without my prescribed medication over Christmas when promising it woul be delivered awear I was suffering with COVID-19 and in server pain that the tablets they promised to deliver would of offered me relief.

Always an 45minute to hour wait for perscriptions. Ordered online a week in advanced, never prepared, never answer the phones. Stood for an hour today, watched many get wrong perscriptions, missing parts and staff being unhelpful. Have now changed pharmacy. Will not use again.

I previously gave the pharmacy one star 10 months and up until October 2021 I feel that review was deserved. However, things seem to have improved in the last few weeks, it is easier to get through on the phone and the new staff seem competent and friendly for the most part. I still wouldn't turn up to pick up my prescription without ringing them first to check they have actually processed it. We still have items owed every month which is frustrating as the prescription has often been with them several days. The pharmacy itself can be a bit grubby and staff are still having gossipy moments between themselves which can be heard by anyone waiting. It's never very clear who is in charge and staff can appear frustrated with each other. If you need advice they do take the time to help you and are patient and diligent in their information gathering. Overall - things are improving but there is still much that needs attention.
