   I went to boots today and spoke to a lovely ladies called Clare in the make up section, she was nice and patient and helpful, with me and helped me find the right foundation and conceler, bronzer for my face. She made me feel comfortable.

   Went in with my wife for a pair of dual vision- bi-focal and a cheap Boots own frame at £79. Imagine my astonishment when the whole thing comes to £345 with a 10% discount to £323.48. Talking about a con job. It will be the last time ever using Boots optician service. The management should review their practices and stop the overcharging loyal clients.

   I am very pleased with my experiences at Boots Pharmacy on Grange Road in Birkenhead. The store is conveniently located in the Pyramids Shopping Centre, making it easily accessible for a quick visit while shopping. The variety of products available is impressive, ranging from prescription medications to beauty and personal care items. I particularly appreciate the extensive range of brands and products, especially the No7 skincare and makeup lines, which are always well-stocked. The pharmacy services are top-notch. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, providing excellent customer service every time I visit. They are always willing to assist with any queries and offer helpful advice. The availability of a consultation room adds an extra layer of convenience for more private discussions about health matters. Moreover, the store is well-organized and clean, making it easy to find what I need. The opening hours are also very accommodating, with the pharmacy being open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Saturday, and 11 AM to 4 PM on Sundays Overall, Boots Pharmacy in Birkenhead is a fantastic place to shop for all health and beauty needs. Highly recommended!

   Went in here with my daughter looking for skincare products. Nice young girl guided us to the products ( simple range ) and helped us with another colleague. Shelves a little empty in places but not to worry.

   No one EVER answers the phone. I have a really bad leg at the moment and have tried to call every day for around a week to see if my pain meds are ready, I rang for over 30 mins and another time for almost 1 hour, constantly.... no one answered the pharmacy phone. I can't drag myself up there twice a day to ask if my meds are ready as my leg is so sore. WHY does no one answer the phone??

   Scam company, should read the reviews before I go there , order a pair glasses after I’ve got home (about 10 minutes) want it to charge my order, they refused, they look at the profit rather than customer care. What a shame!!! This is company policy once you placed order you have to purchase it , you can’t change it, you can’t return it. You tell me after you processed the order after TEN MINUTES on Sunday , the glasses has been making in the factory? The girl was working in the front of Birkenhead Boots Opticians on 27/12/2022, She’s telling me “it is fine” if I am not picking up my glasses. “It’s fine” , I will not go there again. What a fantastic experience! !!
