   I had an extremely disappointing experience at Well Pharmacy and would not recommend this branch to anyone. Despite being the only person waiting, I was ignored for around 20 minutes. Both pharmacists saw me multiple times but made no effort to ask if I needed help. During this time, two women arrived and were served immediately by a male staff member wearing glasses, followed by another customer who was also seen before me. I tried to get the staff’s attention several times, but was continually overlooked and even spoken over while they served others. When I was finally seen, my prescription—an online order that had already been ready for over a day—took twice as long to process as the others’. The whole environment felt uncomfortable, and the staff were extremely rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. This was the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this branch to spare themselves similar treatment.

   Visit on 10th July 2025 Absolutely terrible service tonight, as usual. I came in for two presentations, and after waiting 15 minutes, I was only given one. I took it and sat back down, assuming the second would follow shortly. In that time, six other people who arrived after me were seen and gone, while I was still sitting there. Eventually, I went up and asked about the second one, and the main pharmacist just said, “Mmm, I thought I gave you it,” then asked for my name again — for the second time. Now I’m still stuck here waiting for my presentation. The disorganization and lack of attention is beyond frustrating. This kind of careless service shouldn’t be happening, especially when people’s time and health are on T

   Worst chemist I’ve ever used. Should have had my meds delivered today & they didn’t turn up, I rang at least 50 times & they never picked up, I rang their helpline who said they’d sort it out. They didn’t. So I now have no meds over the weekend, I’d like to add this isn’t the 1st time they’ve done this!! I have controlled drugs in my prescription that I need to take. They are absolutely useless! Time I looked for a new pharmacy. If I could leave no stars, I would.

   Rude staff, walked in to pick up a prescription. There was a man already at the till giving something out to someone, he looked around at a man (who had been served) then me then as soon as the person he was handing medication to walked away so did he. Waited a few minutes with more people coming in before a young girl came out to take names and prescriptions. When my prescription was done the man from earlier came out asked me to sign my prescription (which takes less than 10 seconds) and walked away again leaving me with the prescription, I waited a couple of minutes whilst he was chatting away in the back before just leaving with my medication leaving my signed prescription on the counter. I understand they have things to do but it takes nothing to say "someone will be right with you" before walking away, after looking directly at patients/customers, and to walk away to chat when someone only has to check a box and sign taking a few seconds is beyond rude.

   I have been using this chemist since it opened, the staff are always polite and friendly, Trying to do there very best. Mark were an asset to the place but unfortunately has now left. This team work so hard and yes I have face bothers regarding low stock medication but to me that is no excuse for some customers to be so dame rude, they are doing the very best in a busy pharmacy. Medications are now stored in hubs, which has slowed the process down in all pharmacy's. But that is not the staff fault, they do there upmost best.
