Absolute shambles! I ordered via the app and waited 30 minutes for my burger to have no sauce and no tomato! The patty looked like it was cooked hours ago and so I asked for a fresh one only to get the same burger back! The manager was an absolute joke! She kept sending others to deal with customer complaints which is ridiculous! Whilst I was waiting, other customers were coming back complaining about their order being wrong. One even said their burger was cold! Don't waste you time or money on this place! If you want a decent maccies, go to the one in the Asda store.

I been many other Mcdonald's as driving all around UK . This is one of my favourite McDonald's . I been twice and every time wraps was made very well. The most important, grilled chicken is juicy, not dry to compare many other Mcdonald's. I would definitely recommend wraps and ice-cream to order. Very good plus that McDonald's app always working well and I was able to place order trough McDonald's app. Many other Mcdonald's have issue with the placing order trough the app.

The app glitched and cancelled my order as the drinks machine had gone down. I lost 8000 points and the manager was only concerned about us filling in a positive survey for a free ice cream. Which he took my phone off me and filled it all in positive despite all the issues we were having. Told me to ring customer services to sort as the app wasn't anything to do with them. Ended up walking out and going to white rose McDonald's. No fizzy drinks and no recompense for the inconvenience. Awful.

Once upon a time, as I was on a train journey from Wakefield to Leeds, I found myself gazing absentmindedly out of the window. The rhythmic clatter of the tracks and the fleeting countryside views felt almost hypnotic. But then, something caught my eye- a charming McDonald’s with an adorable and inviting exterior nestled in what seemed like the outskirts of Leeds. It was the kind of place that instantly sparked curiosity. As soon as I reached Leeds, I couldn’t get it out of my mind. With just a few keystrokes, I uncovered its location on Google: Wide Lane, a suburban gem quite far from the bustling city center. Realizing it wasn’t within walking distance, I marked it on my mental map as a place to visit when time allowed. Fast forward three weeks, and that curiosity finally got the better of me. Today, I hopped on a bus from the city center, ready to explore. The ride itself built up the anticipation, winding through streets that gradually grew quieter as the city faded into the background. When I arrived, I was utterly mesmerized. The surroundings of this McDonald’s were serene, almost picturesque, and the building itself seemed to blend modernity with warmth. Stepping inside, I was relieved to find it wasn’t bustling with crowds. The atmosphere was just as I preferred - peaceful and inviting. The staff added to the charm. Clara and Wendy, in particular, were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. There was something else that caught my attention - air chargers neatly placed on the tables! I had never seen such a thoughtful touch at any McDonald’s before. It was a small but significant detail that showcased how modern and customer-focused this location was. As I soaked in the ambiance, my thoughts drifted back to a few years ago when I worked at a KFC in my hometown of Dalat, Vietnam. The memories of the camaraderie among the staff, and the satisfaction of serving customers all came rushing back or even the decorations/designs outside the house. This McDonald’s reminded me of those days, not in the hustle and bustle, but in its unique ability to create a welcoming space for everyone. I left feeling grateful for the experience. This visit was more than just a trip to McDonald’s - it was a reminder of how even the simplest moments can evoke powerful emotions and cherished memories. If given the chance, I would absolutely return to this little suburban treasure. Thank you, Wide Lane McDonald’s, for giving me such lovely moments to carry with me.

Beware! We took our two children for food and then decided to order ice creams. Service was really slow and as usual it took longer for the children to eat than we would of liked. 9 months later we received a parking charge for £170 from a debt recovery agency for being 11minutes over the time allowed in their car park. We appealed to say that we had not received any previous communication and sent our receipts for our food. I spoke to the manager who was not interested in rectifying the issue. We wrote to the franchisee, who did not even bother to respond. The next letter was a court order for £268! We find this appalling and will not be taking our children to any McDonalds again.

Atmosphere in the drive through was pleasant, lovely tunes on the radio, heater was blowing warm air around the van, conversation with metal box was limited in vocabulary, "what's your order" "cheeseburger" " is that all" then the human appears with the pointy money taker and pops over the cheeseburger. End of drive through experience... Burger was bloody lovely, starving and 3 hours drive to get home

I ordered a grilled chicken salad, it was the worst salad I've ever seen, with dried flakes of what could have been chicken fillet. One slice of tomato, two slices of cucumber, a bit of onion and chopped salad leaves. Nasty.

Fast and friendly service, however the drinks are often only half full! Also my McMuffin muffin looked like it had a bite taken out of it last time!
