   I visited the McDonald’s at White Rose Shopping Centre, Leeds on 2nd November 2025 with my partner. We ordered a Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, McNuggets and a McFlurry. While eating, I mentioned that the beef tasted a bit strange, but I assumed it was just me. A few hours later, my partner became very unwell and started vomiting repeatedly. She is still feeling unwell today, and this was the only meal she had that day. I’d also like to mention that on a previous visit, we noticed the McFlurry tasted sour, but we didn’t take it further at the time as we thought it was just an isolated incident. However, after this recent experience, I feel it’s important to raise my concerns in case there’s an ongoing issue with food handling or freshness at this branch. I hope the management looks into this seriously and checks that all food quality and hygiene standards are being properly maintained.

   Credit where credit is due. The staff are absolutely wonderful here. A couple of ladies stood out for me. One called Donna who was wonderful with my little girl and another lady who was behind the desk (didn’t catch her name unfortunately) but it was Friday 20th June around 4.45 we attended. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very kind. We will return. They’re a credit to you!

   came here to try and get the grimace shake because i've seen it on social media and wanted to try it out for myself, ordered it and then waited, my friend ordered a mcflurry after me and got her food first and i had to end up waiting nearly 10 minutes longer for one item. after they finally called my number out when i was starting to think they forgot me, i sat down to finally enjoy my drink and see what all the hype was about. but to my dismay the grimace shake was just cream with the faintest taste of blueberries, i stirred it, hoping to make it taste better for it to make it worse, not only is it flavourless but the consistency of the drink makes it almost impossible to drink through the paper straw. very unpleasant experience i'm not getting a grimace shake again. still in shock that i spent 3 whole pounds on a cup of cream.

   Stopped in here today and i don't expect much from fast food but my triple cheese burger was absolutely disgusting. It's like they dropped it in the deep fryer. Totally dripping with grease. It's also far too hot in the white rose food court. The service was otherwise fine, fast and no issues. But I will be avoiding this McDonald's from now on.

   Went here today to treat the kids the food was vile the bread buns was stale food was cold after been sat there 15 mins strawberry milkshake was more like water and the caramel iced frappe coffee was more like a straight coffee zero ice was added to this asked for fresh there excuse was we have no ice then the lady proceeded to go back to her colleges and mock me to her colleague saying I was a funny customer I can't say what she actually said but it's starts with a and ends in hole I will be taking this further as I am fuming

   The lady who helps cleaning, Paula she's called. What an amzing caring women she was. I just got my food on the tray and i had my baby in a pram and she walked past noticing i was struggling. Straight away she was over helping me she took my tray from me and helped me find a seat. She also cleaned my table staight away. I was so happy with her service so happy we have people who help and care, great customer service!

   Nothing much to say about this maccies as only called in for a coffee and a fruit shoot. But they got that all done correctly and fast. Place was clean. Staff well presented.

   Ate there today and wish I hadnt! As I was leaving a lady who had just bought a meal had to take the burger back because the bread bun was Mouldy.. having been home a few hours I’ve had a lot of stomach ache.. never been like this before for me eating mcds..safe to say I will NOT be eating there again!!
