On a different level to Maccie D's, food was piping hot, fries were crisp, burger was very nice and didn't immediately crumble in my hand, also the place was clean as a whistle.
Worst whopper I've ever had! Where on earth is all the salad ? Won't be ordering from this Burger King again! if I was in the restaurant I would have sent it back! not cheap either, for the money I wanted a decent burger it was far from decent. Ordered via Just Eat
Complete waste of time and money. Most of the cup drink options weren't working. Fries were luke warm at best, the chicken fries were simultaneously overcooked but stone cold - like trying to eat rubber. The burger I ordered without mayo had mayo on it and the burger ordered plain didn't just come without the sauces as I'd expect but without the bacon and onion rings - two of the key parts of the burger.
The screens were not working and nobody was at the counter so I sat at a table and ordered from the app. some of my food did not arrive despite being charged for it and it being on my receipt. the shift manager said that they couldn't do anything as it was an app order and not showing on their screen despite me showing the receipt and the money having gone out of my bank. I would like to add that the store managers attitude was awful. I complained via the app and got no response at all. the food was terrible and dripping in grease. I binned it all and left.
Woah, wait, what?? When did BK become a gastro joint? Have they been awarded a Micheline star or something? A few pence change from a tenner for a whopper meal...... Really? All I can say is it's a good job I don't like McDonald's.
Burger average, really not worth £20 for 2 meals
Staff were ok but the food was shocking. The Double Bacon XL burger meal looked like a kids meal. The double whooper meal I had was cold. Won't be back Burger King has gone down hill big time, its not what it use to be.
Wow. Customer service was Great, really helpful. My first Burger King as McDonald's is closed and I can honestly say "I'm a convert." Our Burger had more taste the fries seem bigger. Quality, Quality,Quality.
After our Uber Eats driver spent 20mins getting the 3 mins from here this is what we got. Two half empty fries, burnt crispy chicken with no tomato, steakhouse Angus burger, rocket replaced with lettuce no crispy onions and next to no tomato. To top it off the drink was missing too. Terrible service from Burger King, Uber Eats and their driver who couldn’t use his sat nav.
