Absolutely useless staff. When you ask for an item and they reply “I don’t know, do you want me to look?” It is really worrying. The man on the front desk desperately needs some better training. You should be equipping your staff with basic knowledge of your inventory. The ‘Pharmacist’ wasn’t much more knowledgeable either.

Supposed to have had an appointment time for my flu jab - turned up dead on time but had to wait 30 minutes for the actual shot. Didn't seem to be a lot going on, no obvious reason for such a delay. Won't use again.

Recently been taken over, is now shockingly bad. Not enough stock in to meet prescriptions that are 10 days old. People being asked to come back in 3 times just to meet there full prescription. Staff haven't got a clue whats going on so service is very slow and communication poor. Also charge per individual item on private prescriptions now. Imagine having to pay 3x the price for 3 weeks of medication. Bonkers. No other pharmacy in the area does this.

Service seems to have declined. My mum cannot get to the pharmacy and has prescriptions delivered. It used to be 2 days after ordering. It is now 3 or 4 days, and she she can't nip to the local shop in case she misses the delivery. I would collect it for her, but I work and they are not open on Saturdays. They have just left her a note that they tried to deliver 5 minutes ago - she was upstairs and didn't hear the bell. I have just tried to phone in case they can get the driver to pop back, but they don't pick up the phone. Disappointing service.

Not sure what’s going on with this pharmacy but they never answer the phone. My elderly grandparents rely on this pharmacy to sort out and deliver their prescriptions as their mobility is as such that they cannot leave the house. The amount of times the prescription has been delivered with items missing that they rely on is becoming a joke now. My Nan rings them to ask when the rest of it is being delivered, but consistently gets no answer. I tell my Nan not to worry, I’ll go to the pharmacy to ask them about it all but before I go, I start ringing them myself and get no answer either. I’ve even walked in to the pharmacy still making a phone call, and can I hear any phone ringing in the building? Nope. I’m convinced they’ve unplugged it at this point. I’ve even mentioned it to them a few times and they don’t even act bothered. The only answer I get is ‘oh a few other people have mentioned that’ so why not look into the issue? There’s elderly people in the community that may not have children and grandchildren that can physically come into the pharmacy to chase things up, and rely on somebody being on the end of that phone but the people in there don’t seem to care! Even when I do speak to them in the pharmacy about the prescription being delivered wrong, they palm it off on ‘the hub’ saying it’ll be delivered soon, which I’ve told them isn’t an option given some of the medication is due to run out, which is why my Nan has been on the ball putting the request for it to be delivered with what should be enough time for it to arrive on time. Poor service and from what I’ve seen, employing people who just don’t care.

Since the staff have changed here, the customer service is shocking. Prescriptions never ready (despite being sent over a week ago), told they haven't got certain medications and then spot them on the shelf - the old staff and pharmacist were fantastic.

Absolute disgrace, the customer service from the staff who work earlier in the week is appalling. Please treat your staff working on Mon/Tue/ Wed to some customer service training. An example I went to collect a prescription and there were two other customers waiting. It must have been five minutes until a member of staff eventually served one of the customers, although the pharmacist and two other members of staff were present. This customer had items missing from her prescription and when it was queried the dark haired member of staff said “ oh yeah we haven’t got them”. The second customer commented that this was her fourth visit for the same item and she would not use this chemist again. My overall wait was approx 15 mins. My wife visited today (6.2.23 ) again to collect a prescription. The door chime sounded as she entered and she could see the member of staff ( approx 35/40 hrs old with dark hair ) deep in conversation with another member in the medication preparation area. She was leaning on counter in the towards the back of the shop. She carried on talking without acknowledging my wife, even though the blonde haired pharmacist had looked up and seen her. My wife eventually said ‘excuse me’ and the member of staff staying towards the back of the shop said ‘what do you want’. My informed her she was collecting a prescription and remaining where she stood “what’s your name”. She informed my wife that there were delays with the prescriptions and it was relayed to her that my wife had received a text the previous week to say it was ready. The manner this member of staff displayed was apathetic with total disregard for any customer care. Unless there is a significant improvement in the way your staff treat customers we will be changing our pharmacy. P.S. the original staff members who work later in the week are first class and perhaps they should teach the others how to deal with customers in a positive way.

Not open on a Saturday morning, I've just been at 11.30. Not a complaint, just correcting duff information.
