First time I forgot to order in advance , I usually order a week before medication due but this time I didn't realise I ran out, staff member was rude on phone and when I picked up medication she slammed it on the counter, well I'm sorry if I needed it urgently, won't be returning, ordering on line in future

Visit this pharmacy frequently. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There is limited parking but there is disabled access via ramp. All of my experience so far has been positive
Skinny Covid-jobsworth girl. It seems that you are really enjoying being able to boss your customers around, regarding how to wear a mask, where to stand, etc., but today you excelled yourself with that old lady. Even your colleague felt it necessary to comment that you were speaking to her like a five-year-old. You're a shop assistant, love - time to get your head out of your backside. If you worked for me and took the attitude with customers that I've witnessed from you on many an occasion, you would have been receiving your P45 through the post long ago.
This pharmacy is like no other I have come across. To a person, the staff are unfailingly helpful and go out of their way to meet individual needs. Stuart goes the extra mile to get the right product for his customers no matter how busy he is (which is all the time!) His advice has always been spot on and much appreciated by this customer.
