It's literally the worst chemist I've ever been to I actually gave them a good review when I started using it. The last 6/7 months everytime I'm getting our prescription handed back to us an told to find another chemist. A couple of the staff are nice tbh but on the most part they're quite snotty and unhelpful and stand round doing nothing with their backs strategically facing you. Avoid this chemist if you can it's an absolute joke the only thing they seem to have plenty of is methadone judging by the people waiting outside.

I have been with this pharmacy since it took over from Mr Jacksons years ago. At first everything was copacetic with no issues, but over the last few years there has been a dramatic decline in the quality of service. No longer are my prescriptions delivered without them having to be chased up, despite being submitted for renewal a minimum of 8 or 9 days prior. Even then I usually have to collect them which is a huge problem as I am severely disabled with mobility problems and rely on my wheelchair. This last month though, they have really failed in a big way. After 9 days no meds arrived, so I contacted the shop by phone to enquire on my meds status, only to be informed they were having problems with their supplier. I was assured they would be sent as a priority delivery. Fast forward another week with no sign of any meds. By this time I'm in full withdrawal with my pain meds, Statins, Blood pressure tabs and numerous others. I contacted them again only to be fobbed off and was advised to contact the NHS 111 advice line. This was now my third week with no medication and to say I felt lousy would be an understatement! Consequently, I had to contact my GP, explain my dilemma and request another prescription to submit to another pharmacy, who compiled my meds later that day and immediately delivered them. I would not recommend St Pauls road pharmacy for anything other than non-essential items. They are totally indifferent to their customers needs and have taken on more than they can handle. You have been advised!

I normally write funny reviews about places when I do review something but there's nothing funny about this place, don't get me wrong it's a joke of a place but not funny. Had numerous issues with this place never have my prescription ready or in stock even though they've had them for over 8 days. P**s poor communication and the bloke with the grey beard plays the blame game instead of saying yeah sorry our management and stock control is none existent we've messed up. I advise that unless it's paracetamol or methadone you need to avoid at all costs.

My monthly prescription is never ready, even though it's been approved and sent by my GP between 5 and 7 days prior to my collection. In many occasions I have got home to find whole items missing, sometimes the boxes have been opened and half the tablets are missing, and it's still been dispensed as a full box. I am changing pharmacies as soon as I can. When it was Mr. Jackson's pharmacy it was a very efficient pharmacy, such a shame it's not any longer.
