   Disappointing service. Trekked out to pharmacy on Saturday, requested meds to be ordered in especially, told "yep, no problem, we'll let you know by Weds if they are there" Rang to check (weds today), they only advised at this point that my prescription had expired, my ordered meds had been given to someone else (despite me telling them I could have another script ready same day) To top it off they binned my original prescription which made getting a reprint difficult with my GP. Not impressed in the slightest with the massive waste of time and complete lack of communication. They apologised, but it doesn't really help when I have now had to frantically source meds and will have a gap in my medication now as it has to be ordered especially.

   Horrible service!! Never ever seen a pharmacy so bad. Firstly they don’t have the break timings on google like other pharmacies do. So I didn’t even know when they close for half an hour. What lunch break starts at 4:30??? I got to the till at 4:30 and they told me they’re closed for half an hour. Just needed to pick up my prescription and I’m late now on taking my medicine. I could not stay half an hour and wait there because I told my manager and left work to get my medicine quickly so had no choice but to leave. This happened TODAY. Lastly, I’ve been trying to ring them when they’re not on a break anymore and no one picks up ever??? They need to shut down this place.

   Absolutely brilliant staff here who went above and beyond to help. Hadn't used the pharmacy before so not even a regular customer but both the pharmacist and other staff really went the extra mile to sort things out for me.

   I just wanted to thank Doreen and Ela at the pharmacy for helping me so much. After hurting my hand I didn’t know what to do, they were both caring and so helpful and reassuring. They actually did a lot more than the hospital and gave me great advice. Thank you so much for being so caring x

   Karl, the pharmacist, went above and beyond what I expected today. Thank you. Not in the habit of writing reviews but I have to on this occasion. I visited the pharmacy in Asda today with a prescription, I had already visited 3 pharmacies. Asda and the other pharmacies did not have any of the items in stock. Karl rang around other local pharmacies until he found one that did have the items in stock - what a legend!! Bank holiday tomorrow so my husband would have been without medication until at least Tuesday.

   Absolutely appalling and disgusting treatment of customers. Customer service means nothing to them. They think customers serve for them and should be grateful stood waiting while they chit chat. God fobitxyou will ask them very politely to hurry up and do their job, which is serve you. Then they stand they gawking and rolling their eyes, like you didn't just dear to throw that 'insult' at them. Tell you what Asda, ignoring customers is an insult. Disrespecting them by paying 0 attention is insult. Customer politely seeking attention, is not insult. Customer expecting your staff to do their job, also shouldn't be above expectation Luckily there are plenty of other pharmacies and other supermarkets that can offer far better service

   had some concerns over if i could still take certain medications with a new health condition id learnt of. doctors were unhelpful but the pharmacists here were so understanding and helped me find out that information
