   Why "have a go" at these lovely people. I am on weekly prescriptions for reasons I won't bore you with, and all of the "Rowlanders" go out of there way to make sure it is there for me every Thursday. I ginormous thank you to all of you from me. OK, sometimes there is a queue and you wait a wee bit longer than you feel you should, but when you stand and listen you realise that they are showing patience and more importantly empathy to help the person they are dealing with. In this "me me me" world we live in today, more of this would make that world a bit of a better place. To Rowlands boss, give all the staff here the rest of the year off......with pay. God bless all of you.

   I once gave this place 5 stars. That was 3 years ago, nowadays I would struggle to give it one. For the past 10 months the service has been abysmal. Missing prescriptions, lost prescriptions and the latest one - the WRONG prescription. Just as well I knew what I was expecting to receive. When I pointed this out the the assistant I was told off! Unbelievable. The staff are rude and don't care. As for the non answering of the phones, it is ridiculous. If the phone isn't answered it goes to fax tone. This is particularly frustrating after trying to get through when the phone is engaged. Is it beyond their comprehension to have an answering service? I have an outstanding part of a prescription to pick up, and then that will be the last time I have to visit this place. Thank goodness I have signed up with a company which is reliable - put it this way they can't be any worse.

   Horrendous pharmacy. Don't answer the phones. Lose prescriptions . Accuse the doctors surgery of not completing them. Turn up after receiving a tx to find only half the medication is available. 1 staff member is very helpful the others are rude. Defo need to scratch up on public contact and customer service . From all of my visits basically 2 times a month it's never been easy...

   Absolutely outstanding service every time, yes they busy, yes you have to wait at peak times but get over it. Friendly, helpful, caring and way better then the other big pharmacies in the area.

   Says open till 6pm on website go there at 13.50 closed for lunch so why not put this on the site ?? All there in the shop, prescription ready but couldn't just pass it over to me, will be changing to a more helpful chemist ..

   Absolute joke of a place they tell you a prescription will be ready on Friday so just to make sure we call in the Monday after and yes they're not ready. Sending prescriptions to runcorn to be made up is pathetic. Won't be using again, I'll go somewhere that can supply when they say.
