   Absolutely shocking service, they never answer the phone, there doesn't seem to be any kind of system or reasoning behind how they get or give the prescriptions out. I will not be using this pharmacy again

   Feel sorry for the staff, impossible job dealing with rude public who have no patience- we all have to queue. Probably need a bigger premises with more staff to deal with 17,000 patients from the surgery next door! My one concern is when I went to collect a prescription, they could only dispense part of it & asked me to return the following day. When I did return they said they had no record of it saying it was over a month since they last had the required prescription yet they still dispensed part of it 24 hours earlier - REALLY?!? - unfortunately events such as this do not inspire confidence & my concern is someone could become gravely ill due to errors such as this.

   27-07-23 Awful service today. Not particularly busy (4 people maximum), yet we were waiting for half an hour to be served our tablets. Person disappears into the rear, no contact with customers giving impression only one serving. Exceptionally slow service which I wouldn't use if another chemist was closer, sorry to say.

   I’ve had my prescriptions sent here for about 5 months in total now.. There have been many hiccups with my prescriptions journey to the Pharmacy.. But no fault of the Pharmacies at all.. Infact every time it’s happened they have been so kind and and helpful and have gone above and beyond to help me so I am not left without my medication.. I really can’t thank the staff and the Pharmacist enough..

   The repeat prescription postbox has been taped up for weeks, forcing you to stand in a massive queue to hand it in. Very poor service!

   Impolite service more often than not these days. I was informed that there was an hour delay for two prescriptions, and asked to come back from the town centre. I was not however informed that the pharmacy would be closed for lunch during that hour without so much as the option to leave a message let alone anybody to answer the phone. There may be 'behind the scenes' work to which I'm not giving due credit however minimum effort is consistently given from an external point of view.
