Very good process. If creation need to run a credit check it's a soft search which is really good. Whole process was spot on from start to finish. Haven't added a photo because product not delivered yet. Thank you creation.
Fantastic BNPL finance. Brilliant terms. I bought two gorgeous bedside tables from Dunelm. No hidden costs. No penalties for early repayment. Great little app so you can see exactly what's what! Good communication & updates. Will NOT hesitate to use again in future. ❤️
We used them for our installation of new windows. They have given a good service during the time of paying the loan back. That said when asking to settle the account, and this was paid promptly, they didn't advise me at the time that a further balance of interest and paying early wasn't included. However, when contacting them to query this extra payment the lady gave a detailed explanation and was happy with the phone call, she also apologised. I would be happy to use this company again.
The worst experience I’ve ever had with any financial provider. I strongly recommend staying away from Creation at all costs. I got a Currys Creation card a little over a year ago with a £2,900 limit. The application involved a full hard credit check, which was fine. They assessed my affordability and approved me for that limit, meaning I should be able to rely on it. I used the card exactly as intended. I made a large purchase, paid it off in full in under a year, then later made a smaller purchase of around £590 recently, leaving me with more than £2,300 in available credit. Then Christmas comes around. I’m looking for a gift and keeping in mind my remaining limit, I choose something less than half of what I still had available. I place the order… and Creation flat-out refuses the purchase. Are you serious? You run a hard search on my credit file to approve me, you set the limit, I use the card responsibly for over a year and then you suddenly block a completely valid transaction right before Christmas? This is unacceptable. It’s unreliable, inconsistent, and genuinely unfair to customers who plan their finances based on the limits they’ve been approved for. Dont waste your hard search on a company like this.
I did rate it 1 star at first as I've had problems past few months and rang and complained because i paid it off a few days earlier due to other bills trying to take the money out so I let them know and they told me to not worry about anything and kept getting passed about by other people, they still try to take money from me and sending me letters and charging a fee. Lowered my credit rating score by 41 points. I would really like to thank Gary so much for helping me he was straight forward, polite and professional to get my credit rating score back and give me a 30 pounds refund which I wasn't expecting, I'm just really glad it got sorted out finally in end! Gary should get a promotion for the amount of effort he puts into his work! Cheers mate you're a legend ❤️
They sent me a letter saying they have added a £30 charge for late payment, a payment I definitely have made and double checked with my bank. Now unable to speak to anyone at the call centre because you just get put on hold and no one ever answers. Unable to set up the direct debit on my account, all I get are error messages. I’m going to speak to Curry’s about this company who they seem to use to provide credit. Seems like a tin pot company with no customer service facilities. Stay well clear.
Absolute disgrace of a company. Settled my finance with them two months ago, and at the start of October they took a payment out of my account. Phoned them up which was a nightmare trying to get through to them in the first place. Finally got through and was told that it was a fault on their behalf as all paperwork had been lost, which mysteriously turned up when they were contacted. Informed then that the money would be put back into my account, but could take up to 14 days. Today is the 24th of October and still have had no refund. Contacted them again today and they are now refusing to refund, to which they can not explain why. I will be taking this matter further that is for sure. This is defiantly a company I would never recommend this finance company to anyone. THIEVES
Despite telling them I needed to pay some builders and my wife is terminally ill at home… they still cant help me. I wanted to give 5 stars but cant…. After being accepted for the loan and going through the Esign procedure and also sending a signed agreement through the post….. I still have not been paid the agreed amount after 12 days…(not 5 days as advertised). I have my first payment due to go out in 10 days and yet still no funds in my account. I have been phoning every day for the last 4 days and although greeted in a friendly way, still nothing as to why i have not been paid as the dept they need to speak to is too busy. 1hr 18 mins on the phone today and still no one can help… I have sent a total of 9 emails and no response either. I went to creation as i used them with curry’s and thought they were good to deal with. I will give it one more day then will cancel the agreement. They are too frustrating to deal with.
