Haven’t had any bad experiences with idem, however, what really angers me is the fact, during the many years of low interest rates, our loan has stayed at around 7-8%, why is this idem? Absolutely abhorrent, the one star is for this alone, otherwise we can’t fault you. Do something about interest rates, I’ve no doubt you’ll be first there to put them up when they start hiking up.
