   I spoke to Matt at Choice Finance Mortgages at the end of October 2024 about getting a Mortgage. I've never been through this process so I was really nervous and didn't know what to expect. He was friendly, personable and coached me through the whole process. I needed some info from him during weekends and I work away also, he was right by my side and dealt with all of the agent and Lawyers questions, taking the heat off me. Got the Mortgage approved mid November 2024, he works so fast! The surveyors completed, legal team in place, STC in place. I cannot say thank you enough to Matt. I was really stressed out wondering how i'd be able to liaise with so many people whilst working away, running a business as well etc. He took all of that stress away from me and managed everything. I cannot highly recommend him enough he goes above and beyond. I've recommended my mum to him for commercial mortgages and I'll recommend my family and friends to him also. You won't go wrong working with Matt he's very responsive, professional and a genuine guy.

   couldn’t recommend choice finance more. Previously dealt with Ryan who recently left, so when it came to remortgaging it was seamless in transitioning us to work with Rob and Kim, both of whom were incredible at what they do - so efficient, really good at keeping us in the loop & just really lovely friendly people. Would use them every time!

   I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all of their help and guidance over the last 4 months, Rob,Kim and Kiran were a massive help and a massive credit to the choice finance team! your service has been second to none and we honestly wouldn’t of got through this without you all, I just wish that I was paying Rob and his team the money that we paid the solicitors because they were a million times better :) we always felt like we were taken seriously and every matter that arose was swiftly dealt with. I would highly recommend First choice Finance to anyone buying a house especially first time buyers as they explained the whole process in simple terms and made the whole process a little less stressful.
