   Every debtor these guys are supposed to be dealing with keep sending me letters demanding payment, and one is sending bailiffs to my door within 48 hours despite Back 2 Credit assuring me it's being taken care of. At this point I don't believe a word Back 2 Credit say. Edit: Last week they took extra money from my account without asking. "We noticed you had extra money" was their reasoning. Well of course I had extra money, I'd just been paid! Doesn't give you the right to take it. It was part of my budget for the month and now I get to choose between food or heating because I can no longer afford both. Thanks, Back 2 Credit! Bunch of scam artists.

   100% recommend these guys trust the process.. they will help, they will get you back on track my credit score has gone up so much in just a couple months...they made life much easier to deal with. I feel I can breathe now.

   After constant problems and miscommunication from the company my credit rating has now gone through the floor!! Have ended up with nearly 8 months worth of missed payments on my credit rating due to relying on them! Spent all my time phoning and emailing the company trying to make sure that they had completed and sent out the relevant emails to companies only to find that they had not done so. Quite happy to continue taking the money off me each month though! There are other options available for debt management that are actually free so I would say avoid this company and do some more research first!

   Jodie stokes is the most professional and caring person I've ever had the pleasure of talking to when my debt got out of control no one said they could help me until I phoned back to credit they were totally understanding kind and immediately put me at ease she took all the pressure off my shoulders allowing me to be able to breathe again being in debt took me to a dark place in my life and jodie and back to credit helped me back up i would highly recommend this company for anyone struggling with debt like i was as they are the best out there.    JODIE STOKES This lady did an extremely perfect job even when I was not there for a debt payment. I was calling for help of loan to pay my bills and rent in this pandemic time because my landlord was trying to harass me and she was so helpful I can’t say how much she helped me out with her heart was really incredible. She had the time and patient to help with any questions I had and I’m very very very grateful. I would pay her for everything she did for me. That’s the proper people we need more in this world!
