They used to be great fast very well organised and very accessible but now you can not get hold of the relevant people your just told wait and you waiting ecleast 2 plus weeks for a loan renewal its gone worse than provident after I pay what I owe I I'm moving to a company that values my long term commitment as a long term customer and respects you as a customer
I applied two days ago no contact from them no response to my emails are they actually a proper lender or a company that steals details
Avoid using this company, they get you to take on loans when you’ve nearly paid one off, they don’t check your income and outgoings properly and they even change details on system so that the loan goes through. Agreed to repay debt at a certain amount each month but they take more than agreed off your debit card.
Absolutely Awful company rip you off with the interest, constantly pester you to get new loans , discuss your personal details with other people breaching GDPR , try to take money out of your bank early before the day you have set up for it to come out and cannot get hold of someone unless they are trying to contact you, avoid like the plague.
Rep came round hung over from night before, got all the expenses and out goings wring not once but 3 times over the course of 4 days, never received phone calls, and when I did they still couldn't get the expenses correct, really should be alot more professional, even the phone manor is like talking to a dead goat. Would not recommend, not on my experience anyway
