Slow service 5 days plus. Too often missing items that I have had to try to source myself, they don't care that medication like insulin is a matter of life or death. This time they forgot to send it with the rest of the prescription!!!! Too slow and too many mistakes.
Visited today on the off chance that they could provide me with my blood pressure medication before Good Friday. I wasn't expecting it today, possibly Wednesday or Thursday. I only asked because I was at St Marks for an appointment this morning and I thought that I would ask while I waited. The pharmacist couldn't have been more polite and helpful and within 10 minutes she provided my medication. Absolutely fantastic service.
I ordered my medication online, all present and correct.
I'm not sure where other people are getting their information from but this is the Pharmacy counter in my local Doctors office - St Marks Medical Centre, they've always been quite helpful and provided reasonable service. PS They've never claimed to be French and certainly aren't Ukranian, and as for Codiene Linctus - It's often used by addicts as a way to get their "Buzz" - so leaning over the counter and demanding it is unlikely to get a good response in any pharmacy - please post "Helpful" reviews folks...
They have codeine linctus underneath the counter with a price tag on and the lying scumbags pretended they don't sell it 3 times before asking me to leave because I was supposedly being "intimidating" (i.e. peeking over the counter to check if they were telling me the truth, and finding out they were LYING.)
